Comfortable, fits well, looks great, and I don’t need to tie them and then re-tie them throughout the day. These sneakers are a pleasure to wear all the time.

True to size and fits like a glove!

Kind of obsessed with these. This is my 4th pair of On shoes. What makes this pair special is that I can slip them on without having to tie them. I am dealing with some pesky back issues that are currently making it difficult for me to bend over to tie my shoes. So while I can't workout and my other Ons are collecting dust, these are filling in beautifully. They're super comfy and look great. LOVE!

These were originally purchased for me as a gift by my daughter. She ordered my usual size, 7.5, and they definitely run small. I could barely get them on my feet. Very tight across the instep and rather narrow in width, short in length. I do have a high arch and generally wear a wide width. Other brands I wear include Born, Ariat, Skechers, and Narot; all in size 7.5. Due to Zappos excellent customer service, they were easy to return. I ordered a half size up, size 8, and they fit perfectly; accommodating my high arch and rounded toe box roomy enough for my wide feet. I wore these for a day around the house and seemed to be comfortable enough. My daughters rave about them so time will tell if comfort level the same for me.

I just purchased another pair of Cloud 5's to replace my 2 year-old pair of Cloud 5's. As suggested, I ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit perfectly (with a bunion). Very comfortable for everyday wear but I do find I need a bit more support/cushion if I'm walking long distances (4+ miles) on concrete.

This is my second pair….so great to slip on and go and love how light weight they are!

I had to go up a half size. I normally wear and 6 1/2 and they were a bit tight in the toe area so I exchanged for a 7. I love how these shoes fit and look. I get compliments on them.
