True to size and fit

Comfortable and super cute

Fits well. Shoes are very light. They could use a bit more cushion.

This is my 2nd pair of Cloud 5’s. Lightweight and cushiony-puts a spring in my step. Can walk & stand in these all day with no pain. I have a wide foot and prominent arch, so I go up a full size and wear the elastic strings. (they also come with flat traditional option). Love the color combos, too. Shipment with Zappos was prompt and shopping with them is always a breeze.

I love this shoe. Unfortunately, Zappos sent me the wrong color. I wanted all white, and they sent me Black/ white..... and now they no longer have the all white in stocks. Thanks zappos.

I bought these super stylish sneakers after my Sister raved about them. I needed them for an overseas trip where I would do lots of walking, so comfort was an essential factor. I knew walking those very long airport corridors that I had made the right decision. I wore them throughout my trip, walking endless hours. Back home, they are my go-to sneakers for running everyday errands. I also get so many compliments on these trendy looking sneakers.

Awesome shoes! When you first put them on they feel a little stiff. But they immediately start relaxing. Love them!

Love the way this shoe fits. I have a narrow foot and it fits nice and snug. I also like it has 2 options for the strings. I really like the slip on version without having to tie the strings.

Make sure you size up 1/2 size to a full size more than normal.

This is my second pair of these and they are amazing. I use one pair for running errands and one is actually for running and they are great. They are snug but because they are slip on that is what you need. I don't know if I would say there is arch support but there is support and I've worn them two laps around the San Diego Zoo with a toddler and felt great.

Size felt great as soon as I put them on. They fit like a comfortable sock right away. I have tried both the flex and standard shoe strings. Both are very comfortable.

I followed advice and bought a half size larger. If I can find an On shoe that comes in wide width I buy an 8.5. In these I bought a 9

I wear cloud x 6.5 which is perfect size for me. I feel it’s too tight because cloud 5 has elastic strings. I recommend half size up who has wide or thicker feet.

By far the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn!
