shoelace cover was cracked upon arrival - I asked for a replacement pair and was told that wasn't available and I had to return the entire pair

These are okay, but mine came with broken shoelace cover. They wouldn't send replacement shoelaces and I had to return the full pair.

I bought these shoes last month. The fit is very uncomfortable on the front half of the foot and there isn't enough arch support. It feels like something is cutting into the side of my foot on both sides. I tried taking out the insole and putting in my arch supports, but it's not going to work for a long day with a lot of walking. I also bought the WOMEN'S OUT 'N ABOUT PLUS LACE SNEAKER and they are much more comfortable. last winter I bought boots and sandals, they were also comfortable. I was surprised these sneakers didn't work.

This shoe is very narrow at the foot opening. It looks very wide at the toe area and I like a slim looking shoe.

I bought these shoes 3 weeks ago and a piece of the sole fell off! Very disappointed in the quality for the price. I walk my dogs in these shoes and loved them before they fell apart after a few weeks of minimal wear.

I usually wear a size 7 in Sorel but these shoes were so tight I couldn't get my foot in. I'm sending back.
