This is the perfect weight and shell for travel. I recently loaned it to a friend, and he couldn't believe it. I am always impressed by the fit of Marmot products. Yet the customer care is why I have been lifelong customer and this the only place I buy out door gear.

Great light jacket to have around on any adventure. Super-light, packs really small, and I love the fit. Size L fits me great. 6.3', 220lbs, 44' chest, 36waist, long arms and torso. Perfect for me!

After getting rained on in a sudden rainstorm during a college football tailgate, I felt I was unprepared and needed to have a better plan for next time. I purchased the Etherlite Hoody and was blown away at how comfortable and stylish it is. Best of all, it folds up into the smallest pouch making it easy to carry and get to in a pinch.

I love the zipper pockets, the lightweight shiny look, and that it protects me from light wind. While it's not a raincoat, it does help with light rain.
I tend to use this on long hikes with layers. It's packable and easy to store. I love it and plan to buy another! It's perfect for the California weather when it gets chilly and then hot all of a sudden.

Got it on sale. Super lightweight. Material is ok and not very breathable. At the sale price I don't have much to complain. Personally I prefer ether driclime over this jacket.

Jacket arrived today and I haven't tested this out much so I'll tell you upfront. I may report back after I use it more often. It's like typical marmot with trim, fit and longer arms. Would like to see one of these with a chest pocket but it's fairly minimalist. Comfortable and provides nice wind protection, water resistant, but certainly not waterproof. One suggestion I would have is in order to cinch the waist I prefer options on both sides and it's only on the right side which annoyingly that piece gets stuck into my pocket pants, but hey I can be picky. That's the reason I only give it four stars. Got a great deal on it and expect the same quality as I do from other marmot products. Cheers.

Doesn't breathe. Wet on inside after exercise. Inferior to what it was replacing.

Not one of Marmot's better products. Not breathable at all like my Houdini. I was getting clammy just trying it on indoors. Sleeves run very long.
