Superior quality, USA made, thick leather, reinforced stitching... wow, what a boot.

These boots are great. This is my second pair of Thorogood boots and they don’t disappoint. I like lug sole boots because they don’t hurt my ankles like heeled boots do. These feel true to size.

Perfect for work as a Amazon prime delivery driver they feel like sneakers ang they don’t get wet on the strong rain I love my boots.

I love these boots! My favorite shoe/boot. The color goes with anything. Comfortable out of the box. Although I did go to Redwings store and bought better insoles that had more cushion and support. I don’t lace them through the top rings cause I found that more comfortable without pressure on lower calf when walking. I use the Thorogood mink paste to condition and protect them. Careful to apply mink oil with hand or small horsehair brush cause the black ink will lift onto a rag and you can potentially smear black ink on your white stitching. I think the moc toe is a good look. I just bought the same exact pair in tobacco color with off white color soles. They sell them here at Zappos. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual/dress shoe/boot. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And they’re made in the USA!

This is my first actual boot that I researched and bought for myself. I’ve had hiking boots for hiking and cowboy boots for a wedding that I ended up using as my dress shoes but this one is different in that I planned to make these my primary set of footwear, making a switch from athletic shoes. I mentioned research because I have wide feet and I needed to get an idea of what a pair of boots like these would mean for me. It was going to be a decision between three brands (Thursday’s Diplomat, White’s Perry, and these Thorogood’s) and I chose these because I didn’t need a hardcore work boot (steel toe, etc.) but I did want something that I could wear for a long time with the option to resole and repair. I tend to go through two or three pairs of shoes a year which may not be a lot but it bothers me. It seems like the shoe finally feels perfect and it's time to get another. Lots of people recommend Red Wing’s Classic moc-toe but I have neither the patients nor the resilience to break in a pair. I took a chance on these because I felt my research lead to them being the most friendly to my feet (wide size, shorter break-in period, and softer leather) - your experience may vary. Nevertheless, I am completely satisfied with these boots. I get compliments about them and on the color, especially because I usually wear trail runners with pops of color. Before I saw this Midnight version, I was going to purchase a pair in black, which stand out a bit more because of the cream sole, laces, and the differences in hardware. I may still get a pair. Overall: These look great and they feel pretty good right out of the box. I went from a pair of size 10 Altra Olympus straight into these for about 6 hours and I was surprised at how good my feet felt at the end of the day. Not walking on clouds good but good, considering the added weight and stiffness of the materials. I’ve never worn boots as high as these so I had to readjust the laces a couple of times to relieve pressure and get a more comfortable fit. The speed hooks take a little getting used to but I appreciate them because they make it easier for my wide feet to get in and out of the boot. I would definitely buy another pair.

High quality boots made in the USA. Not entirely waterproof but I would say that they're resistant.

I wear a size 11 in tennis shoes, but 10.5 was a perfect fit. Lightweight, durable, and comfy boots. I removed the existing insole and replaced it with one with strong arch support. I wear them all day at work, no issues.

I love these boots. Fit and appearance are perfect. They are very well crafted and high quality. I just wish these boots came with safety toe.

I’ve b owned about 8 boots over the last 15 years. 4 of them being Thorogoods. I’ve owned the previous black style and two shades of the brown boots. Without a doubt these are the ILLEST boots available right now. I wear these to go out to fancy places and travelling to nice locations. This midnight colorway absolutely TRUMPS all other boots!! Thorogood makes the best boots available right now, and YES, they are way better than Red wings, more comfortable, and look much better. You cannot go wrong with these boots. Just your std BOSS THINGS!!!!

Great Boots, you can see and feel the quality of this item. They also look cool and are very comfortable.

Overall very comfortable, well built boot. I purchase Thorogood’s for work because they are made in America. The only complaint is the tongue. If it were slightly wider and/or padded it would prevent the eyes from pushing onto your legs. However, if you take some extra time to carefully position the tongue, they are fine.

Well made, true to size, and very comfortable sole. Bonus is that they can be resoled and repaired.

The boots fit perfect , just looking for a good pair of boots and these were the ones.

Normally wear 13EE but thorogood boots are a solid size smaller. I put a sole thin orthotic in place of original & they are perfect. Wear them for a bit & you'll buy more.

The boots are well made and arrived exactly as they appeared on the website. Im very happy with purchase.

The shoe looks great and seems durable, but that’s where the positives end. Sole is wearing fast, not really slip resistant, no cushioning in the upper, really narrow, speed lacing is annoying and ends before the top, and rivets dig in the top of foot. Just overall a bad outdated work shoe. Not comfortable for all day hard worker. Only good point after the first month of 10hr daily wear is it seems it like the upper will last for a long time, but just not worth the pain.

I'll start by saying that I really like the look and prefer Moc-Toe boots and this brand had higher expectations for me. In the past I have bought Sorel and the big differences are that these boots really need to be worn to be broken in and have a little extra space in the toe height than is needed. In over a year I have only worn them 3 times and for no more than 5 hours due to the lack of comfort and stiffness of the leather. I really like how they look and will continue to break them in but some solid sole inserts are gonna be needed if I expect to where these very often

Nice boots, but much narrower across the toe box than expected for EE width.
