Customer Reviews Merrell Terran 3 Cush Post

I have been wearing ONLY Merrell for the last 7 years and they used to be very comfortable and last about 1 year. Each time I buy a pair the next time I try to buy that same pair I find out they have been discontinued. These are the worst as far as comfort goes. I have plantar fasciitis and these hurt too bad so I doubt I will buy anymore Merrell flip flops.

I have several pairs of Hollyleaf and Terran Post 2. Great quality, real leather, rubber non-slip soles.Since they aren't making these anymore I ordered Terran 3 hoping they would work. Nope. Not leather, some kind of slippery material on footbed, not comfortable. Back they went. Why would Merrell discontinue making a top quality popular sandal as Hollyleaf and Terran Post 2? Doesn't make sense.

Not at all what I expected. The insole lining is made of a fabric that seems to increase foot perspiration. After a couple hours of wearing them my feet are hot and moist and stinky. They were supposed to be replacing two pair of leather / insole flip flops, one olive green and the other two tone blue. I loved them and have looked everywhere trying to find something similar. This Terran stinks, literally.:-(

I have bought at least 20 pairs of the Terran Post and Terran Post II sandals over the years. When I tried on the Terran Post 3 it felt kind of "sloppy". The wide leather piece that goes over the foot was no longer there. That piece gave the sandal some stability. The new design is a big FAIL in my opinion. Bring back the old design and I'll buy 20 more!
