I love Merrell shoes but these sandals are a huge disappointment! The velcro does not stay attached and there is not enough to tighten the straps. The straps on the front of the sandal are a bit loose and not adjustable at all. I've almost tripped wearing them a couple of times because the front of the sandal is not firmly attached to my foot. I wish I could return these but I have worn them a few times trying to make them work. I recommend trying another style.

The strap that crosses the top of the foot - the one with the velcro - is way too short for my high arched feet. I usually love Merrells for the supportive foot bed and have two older styles of Merrell sandals that fit great. But on this style, that top strap was comically too short.

Such a disappointment. These sandals are cute and comfortable but I don’t know what Merrell is thinking with that back strap! Did they not have people try these on during development? The strap is far too long and the velcro too short to tighten that strap. Unfortunately these are unwearable because of this as the sandal is loose around the heel/ankle. I would’ve kept these otherwise. Just silly! These aren’t bulky like the Teva sandal so perfect looking other than the strap fiasco.

I agree with the other reviews. The Velcro on the heel strap isn't long enough! One I got the front straps positioned how I wanted them, there was barely enough velcro in the back to keep them closed. I had to return them.

ok, but disapointed - they are not anywhere near as comfortable as I heard they were. My first pair of Merrells doubt I will spend the money for another pair.

In the past i have purchased standard width in Merrell sandals. No fit problems. This time I ordered wide. The velcro straps just barely close. I returned the first pair thinking it was a fluke. Nope Merrell must of decided to save a few pennies by making the straps shorter. I will be taking these to the shoe repair to have the velcro extended (adding more cost to the shoes). Do better Merrell and Zappos.

These sandals are very tight across the top of the foot near the ankle I cannot get my foot infar enough to land properly on the footbed and my heal hangs near the back of the shoe with an inch of open footbed in front of my toes. There is lots of adjustability at the back strap, but that will only cause my heal to fall off the back end without allowing my foot to slide forward into the shoe. There is very little adjustability of the top strap and the other straps are too narrow. A larger size would just make more unused footbed considering there is an extra inch already up front.
