10.5 W: I purchased these hiking shoes with non-skid soles and a little extra width to accommodate heavier socks for the winter season as well as my custom orthotics. Ordinarily, I wear a medium width with lightweight socks. I will use these waterproof hiking shoes on light trails and city sidewalks to walk my dog in all kinds of weather. The shoes appear to be well made; I have been pleased with Merrell casual boots in the past which continue to look good after at least seven winters.

The heal is uncomfortable - as if there is a rod under the middle of my heal. Otherwise, love the shoe. Going back, though, unfortunately.

The Vibram sole looks excellent for hiking. The design is good but the materials seem a bit lower quality than any hiking boots I have had. There is a weird crackling noise as if they are padded with bubble wrap or something. On the plus side, they cost less than other boots and the last is shaped like my foot. I will have to try larger sizes if I want to find some that fit.

I like the shoes fit but rated a 3 star because after a week of wearing one shoe started making a fart sound with each step. I do not like it.

I thought these shoes looked nice. Unfortunately, the 10.5 Wide was not wide enough and I could not move my toes much. I usually wear New Balance 10D. Shipping was quick.
I'd also recommend:

Disappointed in how heavy they looked & did return them for the siren style instead. Needed them to wear on a trip to Greece.

I have worn the Moab 1 & 2's since 2015. Having a wide fot and liking these shoes they became my default walking shoe where I would just go in the store and buy another one without even trying them on. The Moab 3 does not fit the same. They are cut higher in the ankle and rub my ankle bone. They front foot area seems much larger, not wider, but taller and they fit looser. The laces are horribly long and will not stay tied without double knotting them. The waterproofing is poor.

Definitely not wide and very tight with hiking socks. No arch support and won't accomadate orthopedics.

I have just started wearing them inside my house for a couple of hours a day. They are heavy, unflexible, hurt my insoles, toes and heels.

Not a true wide width shoe. More like a big shoe tongue. Idid not like how wide the shoe tongue was which made the ankle support non existant. Truely disappointed. I really like the style

I selected a pair 1/2 size larger than usual as was recommended. It is fine with thick socks and tight laces.

Lovely shoes. Size perfect and planning on using them as my winter shoes. We often get temps that are right around freezing so the vibram soles should be perfect for walking my doggie.

Super comfortable, hard wearing. Not too heavy, not too light. Pretty grippy on slippery surfaces.

I love Moab shoes, and have been able to adapt prior pairs with a heel grip for my very narrow heel, and wear two socks for my narrow foot..but THIS style was far too wide even for such fixes for my foot. I normally am a AA or even occasionally AAA shoe size, quite narrow, but since hiking shoes never come in this width, I have had to adapt to shoes my whole life. But I think this shoe cast is wider than typical now, so I am returning them and turning to Sportiva. For a wider foot, I highly recommend these..

The hiking shoes were a gift for my wife. She found the shoe comfortable and a good fit. The traction has so far been very good. She has not had an opportunity to test the waterproof of the shoes. She wanted a low cut shoe for the summer and early fall months. When she goes hiking she normally covers about 2 to 3 miles.

Just got these for a trip to Europe, replacing my 14 year old Merrells! They are very comfortable out of the box. Quite a bit bulkier than my last pair, but so comfortable I am keeping them!

These shoes were great. I had tried a number of shoes before I finally found these. Comfortable and no blisters. Great for hiking the Alpe di Siusi in Italy.

I work in a plant nursery where my feet are getting wet from watering plants. These shoes do the job of keeping my feet dry. I love them!

I bought this pair of shoes for a hiking trip to Moab, Utah a few weeks ago. It was the best investment ever, these shoes were so comfortable, and waterproof. I would recommend them to anyone.
