Great support, plus with the sole design it helps you put energy back into yours steps which I can really feel. Super high arch support too if that's what you need. The toe box in these are a bit narrow, so if you have a wide foot then you'll want at least a half size bigger to try to compensate for that.

This is the most comfortable running shoe i have worn. the grip on the bottom is so nice as well.

zig quality provides maximum support. The bottom has spikes and rubber to provide extra grip. Great for work or for a trail run
