A great shoe for travel. Can wear them to go on light hikes, walking around an urban centre, or being around the water. Light but durable. They also accommodate an insole, which I highly recommend, especially if you need extra support.

Brought this as a gift for my boyfriend's dad, let's just say he wore it right when he got it. He's an outdoor person and loves swimming in lakes around Canada. Merrell is his brand ever since, so this was perfect. Love that it came so quick, and the quality is outstanding.

I use them in the morning and evening dog walks. They are not as comfortable as my other hiker/sandles. They didn't survive as my dogs chew toy.

A fine addition to the Merrell line. These are quite versatile and wearable for all sorts of activities, from regular casual dress, to good walking shoes, light-duty athletics, and for amphibious situations. I assume that these too will endure long-term wear. They are comfortable and size 9 fits almost exactly how expected.

I bought these for a trip to Mexico. The positives: good fit, dried fast, no foot slippage within the shoe while walking/climbing, less sand buildup compared with other brand. Negatives: need to adjust shoe tongue for proper fit with every wear, sole is slipper on wet rocks and roots, color is boring

Great shoe, durable, and a great price. Runs a little big, but not a enough to buy a larger size.

Like, but sole could be detachable for cleaning purposes or to exchange for another one. The inner finish of the textile, stitching could be silkier but is not.

Nice shoe that looks great. Unfortunately not great for wide feet.

Tongue is hard to get in place. Seam at top rubs on my ankles. We walked up the Virgin River in Zion NP at the Narrows. By the time we were back I had blisters on my ankles. They are softer now after they dried out. Maybe they will be better.

Looked good but no clue to width in ad . On arrival and trial they are very narrow

Great shoe with a minor inconvenience, the tongue sides fold under when putting them on. My current Merrells (UNIFLY?) have a fixed tongue, making them easer to slip on. Hopefully as they break-in, this will improve.

Very good looking shoes, but very hard on foot, as well.

Beautiful and comfortable but unfortunately it hurt my feet

I made a mistake buying this shoes. I normally buy slip on shoes only, I'm old and can't easily get down to manipulate a shoe onto my foot anymore but I do have one last pair of hikers that I still use by unlacing them completely, step into them and them using a chair to step onto lace them up. I had never seen the speed lace system before or never paid any attention to it, probably thought it came apart somehow but it doesn't! I couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Nice looking shoe but it didn't work for me, it's back to slip ons.

Not the shoes I had hoped for. Oddly sized (size up too big, size down to small. this one feels too big and too small at the same time), clumsy to put on (tongue going every which way but lose), not all that comfortable (could wear my Merrell Trail Gloves all day, not so these.

Flimsy fell apart 2nd time I used them bring back the hiking sandals that I bought 3 times ..

I don't usually wear wide shoes but, I'm regretting ordering them regular width. They fit very narrow and with an irregular inside finish it was instant blisters. Although the tread pattern looks aggressive, the sandals had very poor grip on a rainy walk in town. The soles feel more like hard plastic instead of soft pliable rubber.

Nice shoes but that's about it! I bought these for kayaking & unfortunately the larger openings on the sides enables small pebbles to get in the shoes when walking in rivers and lakes. It can get annoying sometimes . H

Terrible shoes. The front 1/4 section joining the back 3/4 is connected on the inside of the shoes with very uncomfortable protrusion of the material. This is felt immediately upon trying the shoes.

Defective area on shoe inside rubs causing blisters.
