i wanted to like these they seem like the best of both worlds between a normal tazz and a croc but these aren't great for either. it's hard to get the right size where it fits with both the insert and without. i grabbed my normal ugg size so i could at least wear the outer part on its own with regular socks as a waterproof clog and the inner sheepskin insert just as a house slipper but because there's no ventilation near your foot at all the result is a sweaty rubbery clog. while comfortable and all you can't wear for more than a few hours before your socks get gross. They're comfortable just not practical. Wish i would've gone with something else like the tasman weatherproof hybrid instead.

This is the worst quality shoe I have ever purchased. The sock insert broke within two weeks of use and my sister had the exact same problem. When I returned them under the warranty it got rejected even though it's within the year. Customer service was useless and it took more than a month to get a response about my shoes, in fact I had to reach out because I didn't get any communication about whether or not I would be able to get a replacement item. I will never ever buy anything from this company again and will encourage everyone to stay away. Horrific experience.

UGG advertised this product for 55% off and refused to honor the sale price. They sold the item at 30% off and offered a $20 coupon for future purchases. The shoe itself has a very tight fitting opening that makes it hard to wear the provided insert or any type of socks for that matter.

These shoes hurt so much across the top of my foot. I purchased the next size up and I would think easy fit. What's easier is for me to walk on the back of the shoe instead of enduring the pain.

I wanted to love this shoe and at first I did. However, after wearing it for 5+ hours one day my feet were in excruciating pain, as the top of the shoe was pushing into the top of my foot. I was left with bruises by the end of the day. By taking out the fur lining I was able to solve the problem, but the whole reason I bought this shoe was for the lining to keep my feet warm in the winter. I don't think sizing up would fix the problem, as the shoe is a little roomy on me length and width wise.

First off it took 3 weeks to get to me. Secondly the product was damaged from the moment i took it out the box. The stitching was completely not attached the shoes had a big whole in the back of them. From the moment I ordered them it was all bad!

They are uncomfortable and make the foot sweat too much because it cannot breathe.

The shoes were to small and they would not honor the prize I paid charged higher amount when I exchanged for proper size

I love my Uggs and will upgrade rating if this issue is resolved. I wore my shoes 2 times and the sock insert tore at the top seam making them unwearable. It would have been easier to just replace sock than having to waste time sending back and cost of return to Ugg. Thank you

I have several pairs of Uggs, and while these are molded and an EVA like material, I can not get my foot in these at all. Like not even partially. I verified the size just to make sure they sent the correct one, and they did. So it's a shoe issue. I'm not sure if this is just an issue with this pair or not. Not to mention, the box is not in the best shape and I paid for overnight shipping and they didn't arrive for 4 days. I was so excited for a weatherproof alternative to my favorite Uggs.

Very uncomfortable and I can't return or exchange now

Size up - originally purchased a 9 (usually wear a 9/9.5) and had to exchange them for a size 10. The size 10 fit much better but then after the first wear, one of the socks ripped at the seam. When I chatted with customer service about exchanging for a new pair, I was informed that I could only return them (instead of exchange) since I had exchanged them once already (for the sizing). I used a reward when I originally purchased them and I was informed that I would not be given a reward back if I returned them. Overall very frustrating experience for a shoe that I was very excited about! I should have listened to the other reviews and skipped this shoe!

Do not buy these shoes. They are very cheaply made. Sock insert was broken on the very first wear , and they do not sell replacements. On chat with customer service provided absolutely no help in solving this issue other than return. When returned they did not refund shipping because this is a 'sale item'. Absolute SCAM, this is why it is a sale item because the item has been made terribly. Please save yourself the money and hassle in buying this item. I will never purchase from this company again, I would recommend buying from the original UGG store in Australia.

I ordered the correct size which is a size 7. After one wear my feet were hurting so bad. These are too tight.

The second time i put them on the sock came open on the seam.

Very uncomfortable constantly have to take it off don't wear it I need to exchange and size up

The insertable sock ripped within a week. I'm am so upset that a shoe for close to $90 bucks did that. The shoes are now a week later, and that makes me even more upset. The insert is warm, but I wish the stitching was better.

Shoe is to tight and hurts top of foot

the separation of the sock to the shoe makes this unwearable. No way I could get into this shoe without a part of the sock bunching somewhere. When I finally got everything seemingly in place, the pressure on the middle foot, center top before the ankle was literally throbbing.

Didn't like it

Really big around the ankle, fit weird and was just really ugly.

Not meant for people with chunky feet to tight had to size up and still to tight

They run very small

Size 9 fits like a 7
