I got the Olive colour witch is beautiful - I followed all of the recommendations and got these in a 9 when I'm usually a 7.5-8, and the fit is perfect so they definitely run small (although the sock inserts are huge around my ankles). They are really comfortable and i think they look really cool but OH MY GOD there was no thought when designing this show around how moisture would escape from it while you were wearing them. Every time I take my feet out of them, I have to hang the socks up to dry because they are literally SOAKED (not damp, but really wet). Again, I don't have usually sweaty feet. I've never had this problem before. I even tried wearing them with a moisture wicking sock, but the sweat from your feet pools along the inside of the clog in an unusual amount. I'm disappointed because it is kind of gross, the moisture that stays in the shoe makes your feet wet and in turn makes them cold, and it means I have to clean the insides of the shoes after every wear I wish I would have known this was an issue before hand, because to be honest there are other just as nice versions of rubber clogs out there that I don't think have the same problem. I hope UGG can find a solution for whatever the next version of this product looks like, because the design is beautiful and they are very comfortable.

Received shoes pre worn, and they aren't true to size. To much to put into the shoes and the padding in the top of the shoe hurts.

Cute boot but not for me. They were extremely heavy and very uncomfortable.

These are not true to size. Order a size up. They are very narrow. Had to send mine back.

It was a waste of money I bought these for work and I almost fell because they are not slip resistance.

Ordered my regular size and with the sock they are tight. Upsize or forget the sock

My left shoe is significantly tighter than my right shoe. May the mold was off or the cooling process shrunk the left shoe. They are comfortable. But I'm going to exchange them in hopes the new pair come with a better fit.

Shoes are comfortable but only with cozy socks. Two stars because the socks that comes with it don't fit at all. Very uncomfortable with the booties and without socks the shoes are a little sticky. Also, red color makes me feel like I'm wearing clown shoes.

I had to return them because they were way too big. They run much larger than the size says.

photo was misleading I thought this shoe was going to be traditional UGG...it is not. The sock is not attached and comes out of the shoe...and the shoe is just plastic, not suede or animal skin of some sort which is WHAT keeps the feet WARM... My mistake for not looking into more detail of this product...by the way, not even owned a month, the sock part is splitting... thankfully this product was on sale and i didnt pay full price

Not true to size

My in sole ripped just 3 weeks of wearing them. I don't do anything strenuous for work so it's unfortunate they look this bad.

Work shoes (a Nurse)....feet sweated tremendously...socks wet....felt terrible!!!!

The socks ripped less than a week of having them

A nurse and wore shoes for the shift..feet sweat so badly that I had to change into other shoes

They were perfect for the first 3 shifts of work by the 4th shift I realized the inner lining split down the back. Without the liner the shoes are too big. Reached out to customer service and my only option putting a warranty claim. Terrible purchase

I'm so disappointed with this product and with how Ugg treats customers. I bought these shoes for dog walking on rainy and snowy days. They are comfortable, look good and have surprisingly good traction. However, I received these shoes on 12/9 and by 12/15 (6 days later) the sock on the right foot fully split down the back. When I reached out to Customer Service, I was informed that there was no option for an exchange as my size was out of stock. I was also told there was no way to get just a replacement for the sock. I don't want to return these shoes because I want them - I just don't want part of it to have fallen apart! I asked about the possibility of a full or partial refund and was eventually offered a refund of $4.97. For a company worth $2.5 billion to sell a product that falls apart within 6 days and then refuse to offer a reasonable refund is honestly insulting. This company doesn't care about it's customers. I won't be purchasing Ugg again.

The shoe itself make your feet look like clown feet. They are too bulky and big for your size. They also slip in rain and snow.

The insides are ripped already

These shoes are too small and super hard. If you are going to stand all day definitely don't get these. They do wipe off nicely and that's all they have going for them.

Honestly one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've bought, and I have small feet so it wasn't a size issue. I actually lost circulation in my feet from wearing these shoes. Love Ugg but won't be buying this particular shoe again.

I wore these shoes about 2 times the 2nd time i wore them i noticed the socks on the back of my left shoe it looked like a big split

This pair is super comfortable but unfortunately the insert ripped on the back part after 8 days of normal use. I reached out to UGG and they made me pay for the return of the insert so they could "evaluate it". As of today March 6, 2025 I have not heard back from UGG. It has been 18 days since I shipped them.

I wore them once at work and the sock had a hole in the back of it before my 12 hour shift ended. The next shift i worked i wore regular socks since the insert it came with had a hole in it and the shoes are comfortable but not breathable
