Actually I was so very disappointed in the product. The liner hung over the heel and was truly uncomfortable! Please understand that I adore UGG products as I live in the Northeast and so have an obsession with UGGS. 15 pair of boots, clothes, etc. so it is so rear to be disappointed.. but don't worry UGGS will always be my GO TO SHOE/BOOT.

Preferencing these statements with I have a high instep. Hence, everything is not for everybody. This is the 1st pair of UGGS that I have purchased that actually hurt my left foot. I love the vibrant color. But the inner sock that comes out when you take the shoe off is a little bit problematic when you go to put it back on.

Hurt my instep. The sock keeps coming out and has already stretched out around my ankle.

Soooo I decided to finally wear my shoes today and my feet hurt soo bad ! I wish I sized up because this pain is no joke..

This shoe is nice however it fits tight with the sock inside and when you take the sock out it doesn't look nice, so I sent them back.

Ordered these and loved but the sock ripped :( I stitched it together but not perfect. Wish I could purchase a new pair like the customer service rep said I could do but I don't see any on website.

They are OK. The sock portion is already split. They are not worn daily. It split after the first couple of weeks. Not the best quality. I bought them for rain and snow to walk my dog.

I wore the shoes twice. The back inside "sock" split in the back of my left shoe. My mistake for buying that shoe.

I wear a 8 got a 8 and I have like a half size gap in the back

not very comfortable, could barely stand in them for an hour. also not waterproof. didn't even really keep my feet warm. i love the tasmans and the ugg boots. but these just weren't the greatest for what i intended to wear them for.

I was really looking forward to owning these as the Tasman is my favorite Ugg shoe however, I am super disappointed. I purchased them in a size 6 but when I got them, I could barely get my feet in them. I exchanged them for a size 7 but they are too big and slip off my feet. On top of that, they feel extra hot and the tops of the shoe are uncomfortable if you want to wear them without the sock insert. I'm hoping Ugg will allow me to exchange/return them.

I bought them to wear to work and the insole was making my feet sweat wayyy too much so I took them out. Without the insole the shoe is way too big! They were flopping off my feet. They are super cute but uncomfortable so I no longer wear them to work.

I need to exchnge for a larger size. Shoe is the perfect color. too many changes to do the exchange. Just giving them to my daughter.

I originally got these to wear at clinicals. While they look cute it's very uncomfortable to wear my feet are so sweaty every time I wear them. And because of the sizing if I take out the sock it'll be too big. I originally got a size 8 but it was too small so I ended up with a size 9 which is too big once you take out the sock it comes with (I'm an 8.5). I tried wearing it with the socks it came with and the sock was literally drenched within 2 hours of wear and I've never been one to have sweaty feet.

Sadly rubs the top of my foot and leaves a red mark not even 5 minutes into wearing them :(

I wanted to love this product, I like the color. But, the sock part broke on the first day of me wearing them, which made them uncomfortable. Very, Very Disappointing for an Ugg product.

The socks from the shoe ripped, just trying the shoe on.. I haven't even worn them yet and the shoe is broke I love ugg , but these shoes aren't it, I really want to return them and I should've read the previous reviews

Insert has thick seam behind the heel. Extremely painful. Physically have to wear oversized bandage behind heel to wear them more than a few minutes. Expected more from such a reputable company

Its such a cute clog but its pretty narrow, I was unable to fit my foot in it with the sock. I even purchased the next size up and it still didnt fit. Without the sock it fit but was uncomfortable. This was my christmas gift so I was sad it didnt work out. They are so cute i wish i could wear them :(

Very snuck and by the end of the night ur feet will be numb I needed a 10 I usually wear 9's in all my Uggs

I wear a 7 in kids, i ordered a 8 in woman's and now have to return for a size 9. They're extremely tight couldn't even get my foot all the way in. They look great and I would like to get more but I guess sizing will be an issue for now

I really wanted to love these. I work in the hospital pediatric ICU where it always freezing and full of germs and other gross stuff. So these seemed like they'd be perfect since they have the warm fuzzy socks that you can wash frequently and then you could just wipe the clog down with an alcohol wipe. Almost immediately the sock ripped for me in the back seam like it did for others, which I sewed up and then it was fine. My biggest gripe is the actual fit of the shoe. I have never had a shoe impinge the top of my foot to the point of skin irritation and pain. The actual length and width of the shoe are fine (if anything a touch big), but for whatever reason the shoe is sooo tight from above. I thought I could "break them in" and that top just doesn't give. Now I'm stuck with painful shoes that I wanted to really love. It seems like other people have commented on this before, but I'm a person with a "low volume foot" so I didn't think it would apply to me. I was wrong. Not sure if some shoes are just flawed and the others are properly constructed, but these shoes are a major disappointment.

the insert makes the shoe too small. SIZE UP. I bought these on sale and when I sent them back to be exchanged for the next size up, UGG refused to honor the exchange. They instead refunded me, but would not refund my $10 shipping. It was very frustrating as I still wanted the boots, just the next size but they refused. Do not buy these boots, but if you insist, size up.

The instep padding makes it hard to get the shoe on with the shoe insert and a sock on. Padding puts a lot of pressure on the instep. Can't get it on comfortably without the insert, rubber soul grabs sock and constrict s the toes .

I love these shoes from Uggs, this is my second pair. The only issue is both times I ordered them one of the sock ripped after a couple uses. I'm on vacation and was excited to wear my new shoes but now they dingy
