Great Comfortable hiker. My first pair of Moab's lasted 3 years and over 600 miles. I recently did start to feel wetness come through the right toe and just last week caught my toe on a root and tore the front alittle. I bought the same pair about 3 weeks ago, but I'm still wearing the old ones. I'll break out the new ones soon.

Best boots ever! Rugged, grippy, stylish and ultra comfortable! If you don't like these, you don't like long lasting comfort on the trail or anywhere! I love 'em! Perfect fit and ready to go right out of the box!

This is my second pair of Merrill's. I bought the first pair about 10 years ago, and my recent purchase was just as good. No blisters, comfortable, with good Vibram soles and waterproof. I like them as my cold weather winter and spring hiking boot, when there's snow, mud and water on the trails. In the summer, I wear a lighter boot. Not to say that this boot is heavy, it does not feel heavy to me, it is warmer. I highly recommend these boots.

Super comfortable. I love these shoes. I switched over from wearing the Salomon GTX Forces, and while I love my Salomon's for work, the Moab's are way more comfortable for everyday use.

I have had Moabs 2 for the past 4.5 yrs. To upgrade to the Moab 3 was a great investment. Im happy to go to my favorite hiking spots in colorado. The grip is great and helps me free climb most rock areas. Also the grip keeps me from slipping on loose rock on the trails.

I have been a devotee of a competing brand. A couple of years ago I started wearing a pair that I had kept on the shelf for a while, so it was a couple of years since I had made a purchase. I ordered a pair that was the same "make and model". They were of noticeably poorer quality- disappointed, I sent them back. Ordered this pair of Merrells and I love them. My only wish is that they were a little higher on the ankle. I wear them all day everyday and most of my outdoor activity is bicycling. Hope this continues. Well made and comfortable.

I have had these shoes for a month now and wear for 10-15 hours a day. These are the best fitting and most comfortable shoe I have own so far.

Took them on the Torrey Ridge and Mill Creek Trail in the western part of Virginia this past weekend. There wasn't any rain but plenty of creek crossings. My Moab3 hikers did great! My feet stayed dry and had no hot spots or blisters even in the waterproof shoes.

These shows are light and they fit well. I have wide feet and often struggle with sizes. I bought the Wide and they're perfect. The laces don't come undone. Super comfortable and worth every cent.

These shoes are a great fit with a great look! And 8 Wide really means 8 Wide!!

Fits like a glove. These boots are so comfortable, I was able to go out for a two mile hike without any breaking in. this is my fourth pair over the last 6 or so years and they just keep getting better.

It is the best boot after 11 combat tours. It is still my favorite !

I've been wearing Merrells for over 20 years. They are the best hikers you can buy. I used to read meters for Colorado Springs Utilities, waling an average of 7 miles a day, on all types of terrain, in all types of weather. My feet were always dry and comfortable. These are the only shoes I will buy.

I've worn Merrell for many years and love them. I have neuropathy in my feet and ankle and they give me the support I need.

I wore out 5 pair of the boots on great hikes, and have 2 pair right now. One brown pair and a gray pair. Will always have a pair or 2 to choose from. I am wearing a pair of the hommies right now.

Not too much time in these shoes, but my initial impression is good. The fit was good and they are very comfortable.

There used on Rocky country roads, when it rains, snows ect. I have full confidence in them for that, I know they can handle much, much more.

Excellent boot. Dry, warm, comfortable and will suit many different types of weather conditions and activities. I wear mine for hiking, but also as a general wearable boot for doing everything from buying groceries to shovelling snow.

Best all around boot, I have used so far. The break in time was long. I wore them to the office for 3 weeks, 2-mile hike once a week, then a 7-mile Saturday. the next time I put them on, they were like clouds. Only 1 competitor had a more comfortable boot, but much more expensive and don't last as long as Merrels. That said the one key that would make this perfect would be the drive of the heal I get from the competitors boot I have only found in 2 running shoes. It also had a vibration sole, though, so maybe a different model of sole? That would make this boot perfect. Also a little bit further back offset of the second lace loop-the "ankle locking" loop.

Picked these up before a BSA campout and love them. Fit is spot on.

Second pair I have owned. First pair lasted more than 10 years. Very comfortable and durable from deep woods hiking to traversing the urban jungle I have been very happy with them.
