This is one of the most UNcomfortable shoes I have ever tried. The uppers are too tight and the soles are big, heavy and hard as a rock. I couldn't imagine walking a mile in them. Return to Sender.

I've purchased Merrell shoes for the past 20 years. These moab 3 shoes are very poor quality, the toe cap is already separating from the shoe. Ive worn them for about 2 week. I hope Merrell quality has not gone down hill as I'm very disappointed.

I've purchased MANY pairs of this model of shoe over the years and they've definitely gone down in quality. They're light weight and flimsy and have very little cushion on the sole. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought these as I have Merrell hiking boots that I love. Unfortunately, these do not compare. Very uncomfortable. Took with me on a trip that I knew I’d be doing lots of walking. My feet were stressed and in a lot of pain within 2 hrs of wear. No rubbing or blisters. Insole just was not supportive.

I haven't had these Moab 3 for very long and they are already pulling stitches at the toe. The quality seems to keep getting worse after each pair I purchase. Also I have noticed that the heel bed is not as giving as my prior Moabs (been wearing them for years).

There's no way to sugarcoat it; these shoes are terrible. Hard, clunky, and torture for the feet, the very opposite of the Moab 2 series. Why companies have to mess with a good shoe is beyond me, but I bought a few pairs of these and needed to see a podiatrist after one use. They'll be going to the homeless shelter.

I received these shoes and as I went to try them on at home one of the pull tabs tore off. Have been a long standing customer of other Merrell models so really disappointed. Would not purchase again.

Unfortunately, I give these a 1 start because they gave me plantar fasciitis. They are very stylish and I love the exterior but the soles are extremely hard (mainly the heel). It was really painful to walk for about a week so I had to buy a different pair of insoles to cushion it a bit more but they still feel rock hard when you walk in them. Hopefully someday they can redesign these to have more cushioning/shock absorption.

I bought these on a promo. They are at least a size smaller maybe two sizes smaller than the tag on the tongue says.

Never buying Merrel again, they stink from the very beginning. They are comfortable and durable but stink too much.

Am expensive shoe that does not last and becomes extremely uncomfortable after a few hikes. The inside of the heal near the pull tab also does not last, it wore through quickly. On my last hike I wanted to take these off and burn them and hike out barefoot in mid 20 degrees weather over rough ground and possible cacti seeme preferred to taking another step in these. The rest of the trip my Moabs were left in the jeep.

Bought size 11.5, the same as the last two pairs I purchased. Thought they fit okay and wore them outside but after an hour realized they were too small.

I have purchased Moab J06011W for over 15 years. They are now discontinued and the last 2 pairs I have purchased and paid a lot of money for are not wearable. I'm not happy with either of them as they are so uncomfortable and hurt my feet. I have paid hundreds of dollars over past years and am disappointed with the replacements I have purchased and would hope the other model would come back to purchase.

This is my third pair of MOABs. The last two were my favorite shoes Ive ever worn due to their out-of-the box comfort and long lasting construction. I wore both pairs nearly every day and each one lasted me about 3-4 years. And they were as comfy as slippers from day one. I got my third pair, same shoe, same size, and the shape of the footbed has changed to the point where I cant wear them. I have worn them for about a month hoping that they just needed to break in or mold to my feet but the arches are way higher and contoured differently causing severe pain in my arches. I've worn them so I cant return them but I am back to wearing my worn out 4 year old pair and the new ones are going in the trash.

-bought less then 6 months ago and the sole is already worn to the gray undersole on toe and heel. -Inter sides on heels worn to the padding -like the Moab 2 limited arch support and have purchased after market arch support to prevent planters faucitis. -

I've been buying Merrell's for years. This time really disappointed. Initially bought this in size 14 which was too tight. Then reordered at 14W and it's way too wide. Walking in these I have two issues. They feel like I'm walking with bricks attached to my feet plus the inner removable sole literally makes my feet burn like pins & needles. Next pair, reaal soon, will be another brand - feel like Merrell lost its way.

Too big, too heavy, too 'chunky'. I gave them away. Don't you make LIGHTWEIGHT running shoes? Or sneakers?

Purchased them just over a month ago and love how comfortable they are, hate how cheaply made they are. The cloth loops that the shoelaces thread through pull apart while running. Both my left and right shoes no longer lace because of this. The thread throughout the shoes are beginning to come apary. In a price/quality comparison i would rate these very poorly.

I have been buying Merrell's in the same size through Zappos for a decade. These shoes were terrible. The left shoe fit poorly, and the right shoe was at least a size too large. Also, the right shoe was very poorly made compared to the left shoe - really shoddy. Don't know what's happened to Merrell, but I will never buy Merrell again. These are being returned.

The Good Shoes is super comfortable and in my opinion is fairly stylish. The Bad Absolutely abysmal build quality, lace brackets breaking, pull tab broken and blew out both outer side of the shoes within 2-3 hikes. Conclusion If you want a walk around town shoes it would be great! If you need a hiking shoe look somewhere else (Merrel's quality has gone downhill drastically, I had a pair of copper something from them before that where bomb proof but these are horrible)
