Don't fit well and the Hassel to return is real

I would not buy this product again, Not comfortable to walk ,but very cute

Bought 3 pr of these for gkids. I failed to see that they could not be returned as they did not Like the style. Sooo...now I have 3 pr of these shoes on my Hands. Not happy.

Wore it for a week, handled it with great care, used socks and yet, a small hole starts on insole area, very disappointing for what should be high quality, expensive shoes

I am a big advocate of UGG I've purchased 3 pairs this season alone (this being one of them). Today was the second time I've worn these slippers and my feet look like I spent the day in dirt stained with dye top and bottom!!! This is unacceptable for such a high-priced, "quality" brand. I think it's fair to say I should get to exchange for a new/different product or at least a credit towards a future purchase. P.s. I tried to upload a photo of my stained feet for reference but the website wouldn't allow it

Customer service is so horrible, they didn't acknowledge the $20 coupon I got for my return and they didn't put the coupon amount back to my account. I would never deal or buy from UGG ever again. Not worth the price.

the stitching was starting to come to undone when i got them, got worse with a couple wears they look really rough after less than 10 wears

Just didn't fit my foot properly.Too much space in the front. A smaller size would be too small.

Would of been nice to know these run small! I'm moving don't really have the time to return and process refund and order again!!!!
