Purchased size 12 as I trust UGG but the insole is very slippery and ended up on the ground twice, wore it only for 3 times and wouldn't recommend it to anyone as the quality is not UGG's standard

Bought these last summer. LOVED them..but the shoe material broke down all over the footbed after only a few weeks of wearing. So disappointing, especially for an UGG product where you expect quality.

I love these sandals, but I didn't realize until after I had worn them that one of the straps had some leather that wasn't completely smooth so the skin on the top of my foot was really cut into. I just wear a bandaid over my foot now where that spot rubs and love the sandals in every other aspect.

I really wanted to love these but the criss cross design that squishes your toes and the plasticy footbed that makes your feet sweat we're deal breakers for me. They are so cute but not comfortable at all

When I tried the rose crossband slides on, they felt so comfy. Then I wore them out to a shopping mall. Within 30 minutes of normal walking about, I was hobbled with 4-inch blisters across the top of my feet where the band rubbed. Sadly, I can't wear these cute sandals.

these are comfortable and cute, but make a very loud squeaking when walking or moving in them. the fabric across the top of the foot is to blame, and I don’t think the squeaking will go away. returning this

The shoes felt like the top band was not sewn correctly on the right foot. i felt like i had to try to jam my foot in there and it wouldn't go all the way forward. I'm not sure sizing up a 1/2 size would have helped so unfortunately had to return. Otherwise they did feel as if they would have been very comfortable.

I wanted to like these silver sandals, but they were clunky, puffy and looked like shower shoes. Also, they were difficult to keep on when taking a step. I have a pair of Ugg similar but with a a strap in back- they are divine! I had high hopes for these-but just not for me.

Style was ok but I felt as if they were too big and my feet felt slippery in them. Wouldn't be able to get far in them.

I bought these because I have 2 other pair of UGG sandals that are so comfy and soft. These were much more synthetic/plastic and very squeaky creaky. Like pool slides. They were comfy enough, but for the price I wanted better quality. Returning

I love my uggs, but these sandals are very uncomfortable am disappointed because they are so cute and the color brown is nice but it can't keep them on for very long they hurt my feet.

I bought these in the silver. They are cute and comfy but they squeak when they walk and it's really annoying. Customer service with this company is a joke and I would never buy anything off this website again

This shoe is tight across the middle of my foot. I haven't worn them at all. I just tried them on around the house. I plan on returning/exchanging them for something else if I can per the policy.

I love this style however there’s no way I can possibly wear them!! The footbed is so slippery that I walk right out of them! They won’t stay on my feet! I cannot understand why they would be made like this??
I bought 2 colors but have to return both. Very sad!

I really wanted these to work out! Extremely comfy when standing still as well as cute and well-made. Unfortunately they completely slipped off my feet/my feet completely slipped out of them while walking. It seemed like the crossover straps were too wide. If there was a heel strap that could help. The footbed is very, very smooth and slippery as well. The length fit perfectly so I don't think getting a smaller size would help. Super cute but zero utility.
