So I originally ordered these in a 9...squeezed my toes and was very uncomfortable (narrow, skinny feet). Ordered a 9.5 and boy what a difference! They hang off a bit in the back but are way more comfortable. Love these shoes and will definitely order more. And as always, Zappos has the best customer service!

I loved this shoe! It felt super comfortable. However I had to return the original because I could not get my foot in. The exchange (a half size up) was also too small. This definitely runs a full size smaller than what I normally wear. Will repurchase!

I wanted so badly to love these but I couldn’t. I purchased the black and nude but unfortunately had to return the nude pair. I wore the black ones for a week trying to break them in but it wasn’t working. The toe are is extremely tight due to the leather not being a bit soft. I purchased a shoe stretcher AND shoe stretching spray to help and it’s been a very short term fix.

It’s a beautiful heel but unfortunately I ordered them with too high of a heel and I am never comfortable in high heels. They are absolutely stunning and look amazing with jeans or a little black dress.

This shoe is gorgeous but runs extremely small. The leather is too hard to break in easily. Too bad. Loved the price.

This shoe crippled me after wearing it for work (at a desk job), but they didn't pinch or rub even on the first time wearing them. I am a dancer, and I can take a lot of foot pain but these babies were deceptively comfortable for the first day but left me hobbling around in pain for a week afterwards. BEWARE OF THESE BEAUTIES! Wolf in pony hair clothing!!

Had to send these back. Ordered a bunch of shoes in my size and these were the only ones that I didn't even want to stand up to try walking in them. So tight and small I even double checked the box and shoes to make sure I was sent the right ones! These went back immediately.

I ordered these in the floral fabric. the heel is high so make sure you like the height but it runs very narrow all over. I normally wear a medium width but this shoe was tight from heel to toe.

I usually love Nine West for the daily work trek, although the heel height and styling is modern/cool, the toe box cut was less than desirable and not that comfortable in comparison to the usual Nine West shoe.

Toe too pointy for my taste, uncomfortable for the many miles I have to put in walking through the airport with my job.

The shoe is uncomfortable. The bottom is very unstable and hurts immediately when you walk. The color options are great, however the fit is not ideal. If they had a bit of a platform, it would be better.

I love the style of this shoe and the color is beautiful. I wear a size 12 and my feet are wide, the shoes are just to narrow. I wish I could keep them but I am going to have to return them.

I love the shoe - have it in other colors. This color however seems to have glitter or sparkle in it. I need a classic every day pump, these would be better for a party. I was disappointed that the black had the glitter effect to it.

I am quite surprised that these shoes felt narrow and ran small. I have never had an issue with Nine West. I am returning them but I will go up a half size as I really like the look of the pump.

Shoe runs 1/2 size big. I will be returning my pair as they were too big and one of them had a paint scratch or some sort of brown mark on them which was very noticeable and couldn't be removed. I like the style but execution was disappointing.

I wanted to love these, but they hurt my feet so bad I can hardly stand to wear them! I have normal arch in my foot but I get that weird suction of air with these shoes. Not my favorite.

Great pump, very sexy and easy to walk in even with the high heel. I love this shoe, I ordered size 12 and they are small, so I'm going to try to stretch rather then returning them, because it is so hard to find such a great shoe in my size.

Fit was fine but the quality was poor. I tried them and noticed a smudge on the heel. I used my thumb to try to wipe it off and a slight graze with my fingernail made another smudge. If the shoe brushes up against anything it will leave a mark. Otherwise, they would have been perfect black pumps! I am returning.

The toe box was painful. I Would need to purchase at least a .5 to 1 size up. Lovely shoes, but could not stomach wearing them again. The most painful experience I have ever had in a show (that I can remember).

Love the way they looked; however, the fit was PAINFUL!
