This was an odd one. I wear 9.5 B for heels, and this one had about an inch of space between my heel and the back of the shoe. It was definitely too big. I don't know if it was half size or full size larger but I didn't bother exchanging it for another size because they were made cheaply, it seemed. I wasn't impressed with quality. It also didn't feel comfy, though, I couldn't gauge very well since I couldn't wear it properly due to it being too large.

Attractive, but very uncomfortable. I knew instantly they had to be returned. They are too narrow, hard and no platform so the full heel height is felt, and slides my foot into the toe part. Feels like it would be excruciating after walking a block.

I love these shoes, however, I just received a pair that had clearly been worn prior to me receiving them. The shoe box was taped together, the bottoms were worn down, and the sides of both shoes had been scuffed up. I ordered these expecting a new pair, instead, I’ll have to clean them myself as I don’t have time to receive a new pair before the wedding I am set to attend. Highly disappointed in the condition of these shoes.

I am disappointed in the quality of this shoe. I wore these shoes for 4 hours— and the toe strap is cracking on both shoes. These is a tear on the front of the shoe, as well. It looks terrible. The shoe is very comfortable, but will not withstand any wear & tear. Not worth the $$$.

This shoe arrived pretty used and dirty. I could see the toe outlines of someone's dirty feet. There were even non slip stickies on the bottoms that someone attached. GROSS.

cheap! clasp broken when came

It was a much more pink color than I was expecting, and like most patent leather shoes very unfortable.

Cute shoes but absolutely destroyed my feet. I wore these for my brother’s wedding and had to take them off after the cocktail hour because the straps were extremely painful. The ankle strap left large cuts on the back of my ankles.

These shoes look so beautiful, but not wide enough for their (W) size.

You get one star, because you charged me two, 1$ fee’s for a total of 2 dollars when I switch my payment on file. I called you customer service department and they blamed it on my credit cards. That was a lie and I will never use you again for any shoes, etc that I need. I dare you rip me off.

I bought these for a wedding and was very confused about the odd fit. I had two other girl friends try these on, and they fit all of us weirdly. I would not recommend wasting time purchasing this shoe.

Cute sandals, not uncomfortable but very cheaply made. The tip of the strap (that you push into the buckle) frayed and then broke off both sandals within the first few times of wearing them. I threw them away.
