This is a review on the leopard print flax pump. I ordered this pair to replace my favorite Nine West leopard hair calf pumps that are showing wear and I was horrified to see these when they arrived. They are not haircalf instead they look like teddy bear fur on the pumps. Very ugly and low quality compared to my Nine West pumps I was trying to replace. I am very disappointed in Nine West’s lack of quality with this shoe and will be returning these immediately. I have already purchased REAL leopard haircalf pumps in another brand since these were such a disappointment and there was NO way I was going to wear them!

This is more of a review of Zappos and their outstanding customer service. Within the first month or so of wearing these shoes, the heel itself actually broke in two. I loved the shoes otherwise, but was shocked at the poor quality from Nine West. I indicated this in my review, and while I was trying to figure out if there was a way to return these lemons, Zappos reached out to me and refunded my purchase! I ordered them again because I do really like the shoes and am hopeful these stand the test of time far better than my last pair. Thank you Zappos!!! You definitely have my business going forward!

Heel broke off within first 30 days of nominal wear. My excellent show cobblers said there was no economical way to fix the issue, and even if they tried, it wouldn’t look great. I understand that these aren’t crazy expensive shoes, but I’m still shocked at the lack of quality control and manufacturing oversight of Nine West. Never thought of their shoes as cheaply made before this. Real shame as I love these pumps otherwise! Bought the same pair in black which so far have not broken. Will update if those do as well.

After only 2 month of wearing these a few times a week for work I already need new shoes. I’ve never had shoes wear so poorly. They are completely marked up and ruined. Super disappointed.

Awful - not at all a medium width and at least a half size larger than stated. I am shocked that Nine West has such an awful product on the market - never again!

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not hold up. The "shiny" aspect is a coating, which started to peel on its own (as shown in the 2nd photo), and also when the shoe gets nicked. I thought it was gum on the heel and attempted to rub it off, that is when I figured out it was a coating. I just may have a defective pair, but this is unacceptable only being able to wear a pair of shoes a handful of times.

I was very disappointed because this shoe didn’t even fit my foot. I have been a size eleven since I was 10yrs old and I couldn’t even get my foot into it. It was too small and too narrow

Blew through the heel in 3 wears. Not happy will return if I can.

I purchased these for my son's wedding and at first they felt fine, after about an hour, they were THE most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn and unfortunately I was stuck with them for the two days' events.

Narrow and tight. I usually wear an 8.5M. I could barely even get these on. Length is really borderline, but the width is way off. I'm returning.

What I expected to be comfortable and gorgeous shoes turn out to be very poorly made, very uncomfortable, stiff pumps. I cannot imagine wearing them, pity because I need a pair of gold or beige toned elegant pumps for evening wear.

Shame on Nine West! The product quality is horrendous. The inside of BOTH shoes was falling apart. The leather looked like it had been rubbed off and the inside was pulling away from the seam of the shoe. (I wish I could add a picture) I was thrilled to find a great looking and fitting pair of heels, but will sadly never by Nine West again.

A very stylish shoe; but the size 6 shoe was half a size bigger then marked, therefore I cannot not provide an overall or comfort rating!

Very pretty shoe and even made my wide feet look sexy. Unfortunately after just one wear the inside of the shoe started falling apart. Very poor quality.

The quality has gone downhill drastically. The lining not only tore, it completely fell apart, littering the floor of my office with little white pieces. I tried three pairs and the same thing happened each time. Luckily, Zappos has excellent customer service. It's unfortunate because these shoes are extremely comfortable.

I have loved this style from Nine West for many years. Perhaps they changed something in the material or the manufacturing process, because these shoes are much poorer quality than I have ever seen from this brand. The inner lining and sole of the shoe ripped in several places with just a few times wearing. I am very hesitant to try another pair from Nine West. Very disappointing as I have counted on this style from them for a long time.

Unfortunately I cannot write a good review about this shoe. I wear this shoe all the time. However, this purchase did not yield good results. The white of the inside of the shoe rubbed completely off during the first wear. That never happened before. It is in the box to be returned.

I absolutely love Nine West heels, but the stitching on these heels unraveled within the first week of wearing them. I was very disappointed. I am on my feet all day and Nine West heels are so comfortable that I do not even think about my feet during a nine hour day. These are comfortable, but the stitching unraveling is extremely disheartening. I would suggest going with a different style or material.

What a huge disappointment! Loved the color and fit of these shoes when they first arrived. Wore them to work a couple of times, and marveled at how style was not compromised by comfort, and vice versa. By the third wearing, I was startled to note the lining on the inside had come away from the leather on the right shoe. Thinking it was an anomaly ("I'll take them to my shoe guy - he can fix anything..."), I wore them again. But it just got worse! In a matter of three weeks, and five wearings, the linings of both shoes had separated from the leather, creating this awful rough edge on the sides of each shoe. I am usually a huge fan of the Nine West brand for comfort, style, price and quality. This purchase has given me pause. I do not recommend this as a good buy!

These shoes have fallen apart. The inside of the shoe are all torn apart and the back are all scuffed up. I only wear them in the office and they look worn and terrible. Not a shoe that was just purchased. I would return them but I don't have the shoe box!

The first time i wore these shoes the inside material started to shred, and the second time I wore these shoes, the entire inside material was completely ripped. The show is comfortable, but the white inside layer is now gone and comes oustide the shoe. I have had many Nine West shoes, and these are the first ones that are such bad quality. I question if shoes sold cheaper on-line are in fact, the real Nine West shoes or are they made form a different manufacturer, and cheaply made. Very poor quality.

I ordered these in 'flax', the yellow leather - unfortunately these felt way smaller than any of the other pairs of Nine West shoes I ordered, plus the finish was awful. Some of the leather was a bit puckered and looked cheap. I actually thought I'd been sent 'factory seconds'. Disappointing, I can usually order anything in an 8.5 from Nine West and not have a problem. I'll keep looking for a pair of yellow leather pumps!

I am so disappointed in this shoe- it's great looking, super comfy and classy enough for work but sleek enough for an evening out. BUT- after a SINGLE day wearing them, the inner lining started sloughing off. Today is the 3rd time wearing them and I can actually see the liner now peaking out just above my toes. The inside of the shoe is completely falling apart. If this was a cheap shoe from Payless I wouldn't be so upset- but it isn't. This is a pricey shoe and it's apparently made like crap. Which is too bad since I love everything else about it. Wish I could send it back.

The shoe arrived and looked great at first. After a couple wears, the inside lining ripped and is now visible. I am no longer able to wear these shoes and am very displeased with the quality of them.
