Medium is Perfect fit for 36A. Snugs the sisters! Not loose and floppy like other sports bras. Quality product.

I have dozens of sports bras, because I'm always looking for a better fit, feel or hold. I have skinny shoulders, am a 34 A/B and the bands usually sit right on or above my ribs. The material of this bra doesn't chafe even at the band. It sits comfortably and stays put. It's soft and pliable enough to get on and off without an extra workout, yet holds what needs holding. With better than average moisture wicking and a reasonable price point, these bras are a staple for me, both in XS and S, depending on the day and workout. For reference, I run, do HIIT and cardio classes, and strength training. I never hesitate to choose this one for any of my workouts. They also wash well and are a true deal when they're on sale.

Fabric is quite thick, which makes it a bit warmer, but I can wear it without anything over it and it looks ok, like sports wear and not underwear.

I am a size 4 dress and a 36 C in a bra. This sports bra is perfect in M for me. Love that it has little padding but good support for my low to medium impact activities.

These are my go to running sports bras, however, I will admit I'm not very large. They are super comfortable.
