Ordered in May of 2022, worn daily for normal walking, after 6 months heal started falling apart (had to have the soles sewn back on)....after 8 months there is a hole above the big toe, on the mesh....very comfortable yet poor quality

This was a replacement for another pair of shoes which seemed defective, considering that they started falling apart after a few months. Purchased these on 28 May & by 15 Nov the glue around the foot area as well as the heel came undone! Used for everyday activities, not hiking yet basically just walking around. Could not receive a replacement since they were also a replacement for the other pair. Pretty much done with Zappos

Zappos sent me a pair of used shoes where someone had athlete's foot. I bought them for occasional use and thought it was a fluke that my feet broke out in horrible itches but after a few times more wearing them and the same thing, it's obviously the shoes. Zappos refused to return or exchange them. Wont shop at Zappos ever again. Horrible customer service. Use to be good years ago. No more.
