I can't imagine how I got along in life before this sweater, to be honest. The first thing I grab each morning on the way to the coffee pot is my blue cardigan. It's warm and cozy and is good for casual occasions, like hanging out at home, the cabin, or in front of the fire. I've also worn it to church on Sunday with compliments from many parishioners. It fits well and is not itchy like some wool sweaters can feel against bare skin. I hope it lasts me many years!

Five to ten years ago I purchased this sweater for my husband. He wasn't keen on the color (orange and brown), so it became mine by default. The style of the sweater of the past HAS AN EXTRA BUTTON at neck/chest part of the collar. This is the MOST IMPORTANT BUTTON. In these times of conserving fuel to heat the house, this sweater with its top button notched is the answer to a prayer for a warm neck. It has saved more than its cost. I don't work for LL Bean, and I've done my share of returning items for one or another reason, but if this newly styled sweater had one more button, I would buy it all over again. (It is only a mite scratchy.)

Great cardigan for lounging around the home in cool days. Because it is wool it isn't the softest material (my youngest says it's scratchy) but I find it warm and comfortable.

I bought this for my husband in tall and he absolutely loves it. The perfect Mr. Rogers look. Very high quality and doesn't require dry cleaning.

I am female. 5'7" tall & 150 lbs. Size 10-12. I ordered a Medium which was a bit too large. Then ordered a size Small and it's perfect. Fits longer which I wanted and heavier cotton. Can almost use as a lightweight coat. Hope it washes well.

Very warm and comfortable. Great for wearing around the house on a cold day or evening.

I'm a female and I bought this sweater for myself when the women's version was sold out. I would say the fit is even better than the women's version because it's just the right amount of oversized (I'm 5'9" and purchased a men's regular size). This sweater is very nice and warm, not itchy, perfect for wearing around the house in the wintertime or outside when it's a little warmer. Love that it has pockets and agree with some others that it could benefit from one additional button to keep it closer around the neck. Looking forward to wearing this for many years to come!

Well cfrafted, product matches promotion, holds shape, warm and comfy. I wear it most days after work when I arrive home and leave the thermostat set lower!

Bought for Boyfriend. Size up 1 size for slouchy, relaxed fit. If you want a cleaner, more sleek line then I would say true to size. Thick wool. Exactly what he wanted.

This sweater is attractive and warm. It seems to be very well-made and will hopefully wear well for a long time. I purchased it as a Christmas gift. It is expensive but may be worth the cost.
