It's a well made pajama set but the waist is too tight for the size and I wish the shirt would have side pockets. I purchased the medium S and the fit all over was good except the waist line. I'm average medium and usually I have no problem with the medium size.

Very comfy. One thing I would change: sew down the placket on the inside. To be honest, I had not noticed this until I bought PJs from a competitor. Now the ones from Bean's seem to be less well finished.

I ordered a pair to replace an identical pair from several years ago. Ordered a Large, Regular both times. Sleeve length on the new pair is about 2 1/2 inches longer than the old pair. I know some shrinkage may occur, but not that much! Exchanging for Large, Short. I've never worn a short in anything in my life.

These pajamas are heavy and warm. Well made. I was disappointed that they do not come in Men's Small, as that is the size my partner usually wears.

I am 5'-10" 155 lbs and purchased three sets of size Regular - Medium. Fit is a bit loose, but acceptable. Even at the discounted price paid I was expecting a heavier weight of cloth.

The good news is these fit perfectly and are quite stylish. I am 5'8" and weigh 132 pounds and a Regular medium fits me perfectly. The first couple of pairs I bought were washed in warm water per directions but shrunk a bit so I've been washing all in cold water ever since. They are ideal for lounging, and since I am retired I do a lot of that. I will get out of bed and just leave them on until I have to go out. As we are getting into warmer weather though I find them a bit itchy when I try to sleep, which would probably explain why the price is down to $62 across the board. I take them off when I get in bed and sleep in my underwear and then put them back on in the morning. In all fairness they were a LOT more comfortable when it was cold outside. Be advised.

The most comfortable pajamas I have ever owned. A tad expensive but well worth it!

Absolutely love the color choices! I bought in a few colors! Fabric not wearing as well as I would have expected from llbean.

I am very interested in a quality product and the materials used. These "P -J's" are outstanding. Nice variety of colors to choose from.

LL Bean used to be the most trusted source for consistent and reliable clothing in my family. Now, it's hard to say what you will actually get size-wise. These pajamas seem like they were for a big and tall person, but the package stated exactly what I ordered. I still like them, but having to create cuffs on pajama pants and having sleeves extend beyond my fingers is just downright weird. Maybe I'm shrinking or something and just don't know it. I'll go see a doctor.

This is mostly a comment for the manufacturing department. The front facings are not sewed in place. So after washing and drying, the facings fold back and create awkward buttoning. I sewed them down and now 100% better. I solved this problem but for a quality product, this should have been done when manufacturing the pajamas.

Excellent pajama fabric! Ideal for winter nights. This is why I get them for Christmas every year!

Very different flannel than we are used to. My husband has worn LLBean flannel pjs for years. When we washed them, the amount lint leftover in the dryer was huge.

The pajamas were a perfect fit with the needed warmth. A perfect choice for the winter sleep.

Got these for my husband who loves the attention to detail. Pockets in the pants & shirt, the drawstring elastic waist. Looks good on too.

Wondreful, good fitting pj's. In our cold climate, I could have used a little heavier fabric, but too heavy and it's harder to turn over in bed.

Cozy and fit well, but pilled terribly with the first two washings. Hoping it will eventually will stop.

Please note that these run extremely large. I wish the sizing were more in sync with other brands/manufacturers. I'm having to return for a smaller size, which wasn't a great moment at Christmas. They are huge, and almost comically so.

My husband does not like the collar this time around. It is cut short and doesn't lay flat. He has been wearing this kind of pj's for years and this is the first time Bean's supplier has skimped on the collar.

High quality and attention to detail. Comfortable and I will certainly recommend L L Bean clothing.

High quality flannel pajamas, nice plaids, good quality fabric, wash well but do fill up the lint filter even after many washings. Also, we wish that the men's versions were still made with a snap or button fly that opens, rather than the elastic with draw string and the women's with plain elastic. But... everyone seems to make the elastic draw string variety now. One of these years, you should consider offering bottoms without drawstrings.

They are a little long for someone 5' 6". I washed them on hot and dried in a hot drier so then they were okay. I don't usually wash things before I put them on, but these were really long.... I also think I got the wrong color, I thought I was ordering red, not just black and white.
