Runs large, I'd estimate by at least one size too large. Certainly doesn't look like the illustration. It's a semi-bulky knit, not soft but not scratchy. The one I tried on seemed either stretched out at the bottom or styled that way. IMO it d definitely isn't worth the price. I'll return to searching for a good 100% merino sweater.
