I started giving this shirt to my husband three years ago for Christmas. He's thin and always cold; so this has been a great shirt for him to layer under a flannel or woolen shirt. They have held up very well and launder easily. He now has them in blue, red and green!

These shirts are the best! Quality, sizing all were perfect!

I really like this henley, the fit is perfect for my 6'1" dad bod. It's a great mid-weight layer for me, not too warm when I'm in my office, very comfortable when I am on the production floor, professional and casual.

After 20 years the old one was finally starting to show holes so time for a new one. The quality is still the same! A great WARM and comfy shirt! And the black cherry color is lovely.

Best winter shirtI just wish they were a bit more affordable and I would buy more than one at a time. The tall size is just right and maintains its length after many washings. My husband has several 'old soldiers' that have tattered seams and should probably be recycled or donated, but they are still loved.

keeps me warm. Also like that it's made in Canada and not another piece of clothing from China.

One of my first purchases from LLBean in the 80s was a River Driver shirt. I loved it but "outgrew" it as I aged, so I gave it away. I would love to have another one for myself but it doesn't seem to be offered in women's sizing any more. :(

This is a great layer for cold winter environments, inside and outside. This is my second shirt. The first was a large (my mistake) and the medium fits better. Really wears well. I've had the first shirt a couple years and it is good as new.

My husband added another River Driver shirt for the winter. Great cooler weather shirt. Washes well, nice rich color and very comfortable.

I bought this shirt to replace one I purchased 30 years ago. I have 4 now. They are my go to shirt when I am horseback riding. I find they are warmer if you keep this next to your skin and don't put a turtleneck as a base layer first. I am a 5'8" 140lb woman and a mens small fits well and doesn't come untucked.

My husband loves these shirts. They are warm, lightweight, the sleeves are long enough. They come out of the wash beautifully. He now owns 3. Highly recommend!!

I have worn these shirts for over 20 years throughout the entire winter. I still have the first ones bought, gettine a little worn, but the entire back is still providing warmth. Yes, on each day inside the house now as well. I am able to keep the thermostate 58/60 and at 80 years old, remain comfortable. Going outside, just cover with a quality wool shirt. I just purchased a new one, as I may have to decide to replace one that is beginning to fray more. With all my outdoor activities of skiing, cross country, winter camping in my younger years, snowblowing this is the best under shirt a woman can wear. Yes, you read it correctly, a woman, an outdoor woman for all these many years. The cost of the shirt has gone up double since my first purchase, but it is still worth the cost. .

This shirt fits well and is very comfortable. Size is accurate and the color was as well.

These shirts are my winter go to winter shirts, comfortable and warm.

Super, cold-weather shirt! Wear it under a flannel or light down vest. (I didn't remember the River Driver shirt to scratch at all, but it's perfect once I added the white under t-shirt!)

Wears like iron. Worn by a mechanic/contractor and is tested for durability. Stands up to the punishment and washes like a dream

My son and husband love these shirts. They are outside in all kinds of weather and they keep them very warm. Great for layering in cold weather.

Made in Canada, this is a very well made wool blend Henley, Worn in combination with a wool over shirt, it provides an excellent part of layering for cold Northwest Winters.

Very versatile shirt. Great as a outer layer in mild weather and a perfect layer in cool weather with rugged good look.

I've added this, in light blue ,to my other two. Every man should have three River Driver shirts for winters in Ohio.
