Bought this for my son. He loves it, like all the other Katahdin shirts and jackets he has received--High quality and long lasting products.

Shirt is super comfy and looks great. I ended up buying 3 of them in different colors. I usually wear sweatshirts in the winter but these are just as comfortable and look much better for going out to dinnner.

This is a great addition to a casual wardrobe. It is light enough to be worn without a layer underneath, like a t-shirt, but offers much greater warmth than just a t-shirt. It is also heavy enough to be worn with a layer beneath, like a sweatshirt. The fleece inside offers insulation (and make it a shame to have anything between your skin and this shirt) while the waffling outside also provides warmth. But the open collar prevents it from becoming over-warm, and the chest pocket (with velcro fastener) is a handy addition. Great for evening walks in moderate temperatures, or in colder weather with a jacket on top. Also versatile enough to serve in multiple roles at home: night shirt, cover-up after a shower, comfort garb for reading on the couch, etc. I bought one and liked it enough that I then purchased three more (in assorted colors) when they went on sale. Recommended.

Bought one of these for my 19-year old son for Christmas. He loved it and wore it constantly, so I bought him another. He is 6'4" and skinny, and the Medium Tall fits him nicely. He loves the warmth and I love that he's wearing something other than his hoodie constantly!

I love this shirt great for cold New England days and can wear around the house outside to work or running errands it's very warm and very comfortable I would highly recommend and will likely get additional colors

Warm, wear well. The chest pocket is nice for holding a pen. I wear it to work as well as outside.

Purchased the waffle Henley for my fiance' as he had mentioned in passing how cozy it looked. Presented him one as part of Valentine's Day gift and with all the cold, windy snowy days he doesn't want to take it off! He loves it! Perfect coziness on a cold day! Wished I could have gotten him more but sadly sold out in his size.

This shirt is soft, warm and attractive. I've worn it frequently and it was very appropriate for the polar vortex. Although very warm it is not too heavy or hot indoors. It exceeds my expectations considerably.

I bought this to wear casually indoors during the winter. I live on the north slope of Mt. Shasta. I keep the house cooler during winter, but I still like to be comfortable. I was wearing about 3 or 4 poorly planned layers and wanted to see if I could buy one, very comfortable, replacement. This shirt is very warm and did the trick! I wear one long sleeve t-shirt underneath and I'm good for the day it seems.

I bought two of these shirts and have to say they are both amazingly warm and comfortable. I like the shirts to fit to frame without being skin tight, but I really do not like shirts that look baggy. For my size, a medium worked well. I originally had received a large as a gift and it was really loose.

Such a soft and hefty shirt for very cold northeast winters. Cut with some extra room for a tee base layer. Does not shrink or wrinkle. Hubs wears it with the fleece lined flannel sleep pants, another great discovery. Thanks, LL Bean, for keeping him warm and happy!

These things are so warm and comfortable I went and bought a second one in a different color. The pocket accepts a large iPhone perfectly. Cold in the house? Throw this on. Running out to the mailbox? No coat needed.

I bought this to wear as an insulating layer for outdoor activities. I recently wore this as an insulating later under a shell for night skiing with temperatures in the teens. Stayed nice and warm all night long. It is bit larger than I anticipated. The sleeves are fine, but the body length is long, and it is a loose fit. But overall I am very happy with it.

Was looking for something other than a sweat shirt to stay warm and bum around in. This fit the bill and is super comfortable. Enjoy the breast pocket and ease of care.
