We are die hard Chamois and Flannel lovers! We live in our flannels and jeans. We also like quality in our shirts. Being said, I was getting tired of how our other brands have lost the quality and even the flannel and Chamois shirts began to feel to light and just were not what we are use to. Then I started trying LL Bean out. OMG! The materials that LL Bean uses is how they use to be made. The quality and consistency in sizing is what it should be as well. Now I own several flannels and a few of the chamois shirts and my husband has several of both as well. When the catalogue's come I can count on him pouring over it and pointing to a flannel, chamois or canvas shirt and saying "what do you think of this one? Can you order it for me?" We are hooked! Thank you LL Bean for bringing quality to your brand!

Fits nicely, very soft, washed up well and didn't wrinkle

These are excellent shirts that will keep you warm and last for years. They run a bit big, which isn't a problem. I wish they would get the blue color back in stock. It used to show up as unavailable. Now it doesn't show up at all.

Thick chamois and warm. Generous "traditional" cut.

Definitely true to size. Some other brands I have to order up 1 size. Not with LLBean. Very comfortable and durable.

Comfy, as always. Substantial, without being overly heavy. Sleeves a bit long, but ample fabric to cuff sleeves.

This is a very well made and comfortable shirt. I ordered the Dark Loden which looks even better in person than it does on the web page. So far I have gotten a lot of use out of this shirt this year.

This is my 5th purchase of the LL Bean Chamois shirt. I'm 5'8" and about 165# and the Small fits well and not too snug. I've tried a Medium once and it was huge so I had to return it. The colors are rich and the fabric is soft and very warm, much more so than a regular flannel shirt. On cold days I layer one with a t-shirt and a fleece vest and am very comfortable. The best part is that Bean has resisted tweaking this design or sizing in anyway since I bought the first shirt 12 years ago which is increasingly rare these days. This IS your grandfather's Chamois shirt and that's a good thing!

I love these shirts I own five so far. They are so soft and warm without being overly heavy. Always look great even the one that is 10 years old. Very well made to last and true to size. Would definitely recommend.

Hefty fabric and classic manly style, but warm and soft to the skin. My new favorite shirt. This shirt runs large, but it was exchanged quickly for a right fit. I'm ordering another.

This is a high quality well made chamois shirt made of 100% cotton. It's extremely comfortable and appears to get softer with use.
