I love the sweat shirt. I only wish that it were cut a little larger in the body. It's a little tight for layering over both an undershirt and shirt, but will work well over just a long- or short-sleeved t-shirt. I ordered a large, which is my usual sweat-shirt size, and had to return it for an X-LARGE. I'm keeping it because I like it and will wear it over a single layer.

This is my third quilted sweatshirt, having ones in green and wine colors. I live in these through the colder months. They are durable, look good, and are very comfortable. The reason I gave this grey sweatshirt 4 stars instead of five is that this particular item feels more fitted than the others. I am 6.1 and 203 pounds and wear a large. I live in Northern NJ.

I bought this product a couple of months back, I was initially very excited with it. However the fabric is of very poor quality. After wearing it a few times and washing it once, the fabric has started to literally disintegrate at the collar, showing the white filling underneath... Really not the level of quality I expect for an expensive product like this. Contact LL Bean customer service but they won't help me as I am an international customer (no support for return shipping costs), although the responsibility is on the company side to make such a poor quality product... Very disappointed. Don't recommend to buy this.

This item was a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law and raved about the comfort, warmth and color.

I purchased this sweatshirt for my husband but I needed to exchange his usual Bean size M for an L. He's pleased with the comfy fabric and style but the overall fit was just a bit snug if he wanted to layer it with a shirt.

Runs smaller, I usually wear medium size for all LL Bean clothes.

LIKE IT, BUT - if it had a zipper rather than snaps (requiring two hands to close) it would have earned 5 stars in my review! - certainly worth the cost!

I usually wear XL tall. It's a little large on me but did shrink a little.

Size ran small gave to my son. Typical " modern cut.

I've been enjoying wearing this full-zip sweatshirt here in San Diego. Just the right weight for the cooler mornings and evenings. But, as other reviewers have noted, the pockets aren't useful for much other than keeping your hands warm. I hope the next design iteration adds some sort of closures to the pockets or reconfigures then to keep things in. I'm waiting, L.L.Bean...

I had one of these a few years ago and feel like they have made them thinner now. Still love the shirts and would buy, but would like it to be heavier material

M/6FT/200lbs. Bought the large, fits perfectly. Will have this sweatshirt forever. I don't like tight cuffs on my sleeves, but these are just loose enoguh to not bother me. Color (orange) was what I wanted/expected. It's not to stiffling and breaths well.

The pocket on it rip after several uses- and shrunk in dyer- doesnt seem to be worth the price

Love everything about it. Lightweight yet keeps me comfortably warm. My go to top when the weather gets cool or colder. I have one in forest green as well. Fits true to size.

Love the quilted shirt. The tall was exactly the size we needed for added length and arm length.

Initially I really liked this sweatshirt but was quickly disappointed when the collar began to show significant signs of wearing around the neck. It has become a shirt I will only wear around the house.

This is absolutely the best sweatshirt I have ever purchased! It's a different look with the quilt pattern. It is soft. It is warm. It is practical. It is great looking! If it was practical, I would own every color!!!

Love the weight of this shirt. Warm enough without appearing too thick. Definitely a 3-season shirt in New England. Will get another one in a different color.

Warm and comfortable. Tall sizes are a good thing when youre plagued by too short sleeves. Love the kangaroo pocket.

Bought this shirt as a Christmas gift for my husband 2022 and he loves it. Very warm, he always wears an underlayer with it as well. as we live in Michigan...we get plenty of cold weather. I purchased an XL TALL..TRADITIONAL FIT... and it was a perfect fit. He is 5' 10"....170lbs.
