This thing is awesome. I have 3 of them now since I like it so much. It's very comfortable, perfectly sized, warm but not so much that you're too hot wearing it inside. It's great for just lounging but it's even better to wear out since it's the perfect mix of formal and casual. I will note that the "Storm Blue" that I received was more of a teal color - much darker than it looks in the pictures. I don't mind it, in fact I think I like it better. But it's worth noting. Also there was a tag on one of them that I received today showing a price of $69.95, which I thought was odd since it's a whole $10 difference from the current listed price. Oh well, it's worth it either way.

Men's XLG-Tall...We've purchased four of these shirts in different colors...does that tell you anything? They are soft, well-made, fit perfectly and are true to the color shown in the catalog or on-line. They launder beautifully! Nice shirt for a cold day or cool evening outside! Looks great with jeans or casual slacks, too!

Purchased for my son originally in large. Needed to exchange for x-large. Great workmanship - very comfortable - just not roomy enough for an x-large size (need to air dry due to concerns about shrinking. I feel that the xx-large might be too large.)

Depending on the company, sizing is a nightmare. I bought this in large only because I bought a sweatshirt previously in size large and it was a good fit. Otherwise, I would have ordered an XL. This issue goes across the board independent of the company selling the product. Totally unacceptable for everyday consumers. The industry is a total mess.

I've had mine for over two years now and love it. Definitely one of my go to regulars it as I feel it really brings out my eyes and overall attractiveness. ;) Warm, comfortable and a pocket, what more could you ask for?! You can dress it up for work or down for an easier day. Since it is, I feel, a bit more lightweight than the typical fleece, I travel with it and it's lasted through planes, trains, horseback, boats, hikes and honestly just me and my abuse to it.

I bought this in Storm Blue and I am very pleased with the color. The quilting gives it a nice, fresh look and elevates the sweatshirt standard. It fit as expected and seems to be well made. The winters do not get very cold in Houston, so this will work fine for me on cooler days.

I bought this sweatshirt for my husband to wear at home while he is working from our home office. It is very comfortable and looks good on his daily Zoom calls when no dress shirt is required. If more colors were available when I ordered it, I would have purchased more.

I purchased two of these last season and then purchased two more over the holidays as gifts. I did not realize when I placed my holiday order that L.L. Bean not only revised the color selections but also changed some of the design features: The new "kangaroo pocket" is a nice addition (the prior version had no pockets), but the ribbed stretch trim on the sleeves and waist is an especially welcome enhancement, eliminating the loose hems and sharpening the sweatshirt's fit. Well... it looks like I'll soon be buying a couple more for myself!

This classy sweatshirt fit the bill for my husband. It is difficult to find a nice "sweatshirt" that doesn't look ordinary. Yet, I wanted something cozy for him that felt put together. This was a gift and he loves it. I did order tall and regular length, giving him the choice. He chose regular hoping even that would shrink a bit in length. It shrunk a tad in width, but not length. It still looks good. He has 36 inch sleeves and broad shoulders. If there were other nicer colors I know he would buy more. I purchased charcoal.

This was given me as a gift and I've worn it several times in the few weeks I've owned it. It's become a favorite during these cold winter days. I'm a big fan of LLBeans quality

What can I say? Over the past 18 months I have purchased three of these items (Navy, Teal and Hunter), plus another one (Red) as a gift for my son. It's a perfect sweatshirt and second layer for these days of working at home during the pandemic, especially in cooler weather. It's roomy and comfortable, not-too-warm and not-too-light, and a nice fit over a button-down shirt. They also look great during Zoom calls; ; indeed, I get lots of compliments from colleagues, and I suspect I've prompted a few admirers to make an L.L. Bean purchase of their own. It's also a great cover for walks, errands and shopping trips in the fall and spring. When/if the the new colors (gold, wine, light blue) are actually available, I'll probably get another one or two!

The sweatshirt fits true to size. It is comfortable and warm. Wish I had bought more colors but they sold out quickly.

This quarter-button pullover is warm and soft, and the weight is the perfect weight for cooler temperatures. The side pockets are an added feature that I wish other clothiers would include. The storm blue color looks great with jeans or khakis. This item runs true-to-size. I bought an identical sweater for a family member, and he loves it too. Highly recommended.

Comfortable with a bit of class, this casual 1/4-button-up sweatshirt can be worn just as easily over an oxford for an office event or evening out, as over a t-shirt for the morning run or day hike. Great size, material, and that classic LL Bean workmanship.

The sweatshirt is just the right weight and the kangaroo pocket is great for carrying my cell phone and mask.
