I had an old pair of the moc toe slippers for about 5 years and they started to get old so I decided to buy a new pair in this style. I know LL Bean replaces EVERYTHING for any reason but I didn't want to take unfair advantage of their awesome system. They're warm, comfortable, durable, awesome. They came in a little long and narrow but as you wear them they form to your feet over time. FYI my old pair got (old) because I wore them outside of my house in the elements a few too many times. I don't recommend using these to go do your Sunday errands.

These wicked good slippers are now our favorite inside shoes. I have given them for Christmas to the entire family (except the children). They are super soft, comfortable and warm. We use them winter and summer. Been using them for the past 15 years, at least. One wears out and that Christmas we get the replacement. We had always bought the moccasins but lately the leather bow has been a nuisance since it constantly comes undone, so the Venetian slipper is the solution. We get all the features we loved of the moccasin without the bow coming undone problem. We simply love them!!!!! Keep up the good work LL Bean!!!

My brother had a pair of these before. He said the slippers keep his feet nice and warm.

I already had a pair of these great slippers and my husband (who is very picky) asked for a pair. He wears them all the time and they are such a good fit.

I bought these as a birthday present. It has no ties to come loose and floppy and nice warm inside! We live in a cold climate and this is important. The fit was comfy and he loved them! Also they looked good on him, not like some of the " old man" slippers he has had in the past! A definite win for all in these!

They are the winter equivalent of flip flops. The best thing I put on my feet all winter.

My first pair were the Scuffs, I wear a size 13. The 13's stretched a bit, I would guess a normal amount for leather. The scuffs heel folded over because,first they were long and second the style, they are more like a clog. I still wore them 4 years and use them in the garage sometimes. My second pair are the Venetians. This time ordered one size smaller, size 12. I have had them for 1 1/2 years now. I do pull up the heel up before walking so not to flatten the back, they still fit well, I have not worn through either pairs soles. I am now ordering a Pair of the Moc boots slippers for my Dad. This is the reason for my reviews at this time. I have purchased many type of slippers over the years, most seem to wear out fast and get smelly. I have never noticed an odor with this fleece lining. L.L. Bean stands behind what they sell. My first visit was in 1975.

I had a pair of these that my dog threw up on, and I couldn't do without them, so I ordered another pair. A clearance color which is just fine with me! I am a woman with a wider foot, so I order a men's regular width which is the same as a women's wide. These feel somewhat snug at first, but they are leather and they stretch a bit as they settle in. The pair that my dog barfed on went into the wash machine (not recommended) and I still wear them but a seam came loose. The sole is great to run out and get the mail, and for not slipping down the stairs.

My husband wears his slippers more than he wears shoes. He has back problems and so he is so fussy about his slippers. He decided to try LL Bean for the first time. He takes a 91/2 but decided to take other customers word that the size 9 fit and they did! Perfectly! He wears them all day long and his feet do not hurt (he is diabetic and has some pain) So happy he decided to give these a try. This 5 star earned it's honor!

Bought these as gift for my father's birthday. He liked them so much that I ordered two more pairs for my uncle & son and they love them too!

To be clear: I have not yet worn these slippers. And, these are the 1st I have purchased without laces. But, having owned 3 previous pairs I can say this: * they really keep my feet warm and comfortable * my shoe size is 9 1/2 and I've purchased size 10 slippers and they fit nicely with medium socks...but with thick socks, they're a bit tight which reduces circulation and makes my feet cold * The laces are always coming un-done. I tie them very tight, but they're always coming un-done and tripping me (no damage yet). This is why this pair has no laces. * They look great. * The shearling under my foot wears out faster than side or top. Not a surprise, but when it does wear out, there's less insulation which means colder feet.

This is my second pair of LL Bean Shearling lined slippers. First pair still hanging in there, just worn a little thin in the fur lining, mind you after daily use for about ten years, no complaints there. This pair seems even thicker in the lining,though equally well made. Only complaint, they seem to have introduced a cushy foam layer under the shearling. Not keen on the cushy feel. I have looked at many pairs of shearling slippers from various manufacturers, and these really seem like the best buy for the price point. The dark brown color is very rich.

PURCHASED FOR MY HUSBAND & HE LOVES THEM. THIS IS HIS SECOND PAIR. HE WEARS THEM EVERY DAY. THEY ARE THE BEST SLIPPERS VERY COMFORTABLE & WATERPROOF.

I checked with customer service before ordering to verify the size. The slippers arrived a day before promised and the fit is perfect. The are soft, comfy and warm and don't seem to be stretching like the slippers I've owned in the past.

Just has I had expected from LL Bean. Very well made slippers. So far so good. I expect them to last me a while. Very comfy. Received them on time and very well packaged. Great service.

These were a Christmas gift for my son, and we originally ordered the Scuff style. He thought he would give that style a try, but it turns out he didn't like the lack of a heal around the back of his foot. So we returned them and ordered these (easy process with Bean). He loves them. They keep his feet toasty, but not overly warm in our winters that just seem to go on and on. All of the family has some version of "Wicked Good Slippers" and really wouldn't even consider something else. They hold up for a very long time and are super comfortable.

Would not buy any other slipper

I purchased a set for my self & my son. We both ware size 11, he says it's like walking on air. If you try these you won't be disappointed.

I have always had Acorn slippers which were considerably less in price than the Wicked Good Slippers. I guess the old adage applies here that you get what you pay for. These slippers fit well and do not have heel slip. They are very plush inside and comfie. I am not sure how hot they will be in the summer but for colder weather they feel great. Best slippers I have ever had. I definitely recommend these!

The Men's Wicked Good Slippers are just that. They fit well, are comfortable, and feel good, especially during colder weather months. I like them because they do not have a leather shoe string, which my other slippers did, and they kept coming untied. I also like that the Wicked Good Slippers have soles, which my other slippers did not have. I like these so much that I ordered a pair for my son.

Great slippers...warm but also very functional for a trip out with the dog, to the wood pile or to the mailbox.

My wife gave me a pair of "wicked good" slippers for Christmas in 1995 which I still have. Can't wear them out! Wear them every day year round. The shearling wool inside them did get packed down a bit over that time, so I decided to get a new pair. Picked this one which is a different style. I absolutely love them! If you want the most comfortable, warm slippers obtainable, grab a pair of "wicked good" ones from LL Bean. You won't be sorry, I promise.

I got a pair of women's wicked good moccasin slippers for x-mas in a 9 but after just a few days they were HUGE. I'm normally an 8.5 or a 9. I returned them for the womens Wicked Good scuffs in an 8 but they were way too small. I couldn't even get my whole foot in them. Then i decided to try the mens sizing since a men's 7 is an 8.5 womens. I got the Wicked Good Slippers and they are absolutely perfect.
