This is my second time buying this slipper. My first pair finally wore out after 6 years. I was worried the slipper would fit differently without the string, however it has made no difference.

warmth, comfort. They don't loosen or feel floppy.

After 12 years, my husband's original wicked good slippers finally bit the dust. Bought these to replace his old favorites. These are the same high quality, soft and comfy with the rugged bottoms that are perfect for grabbing the mail or taking out the dog quick. I bought slippers for everyone in my family this yearthey all wanted "the good ones like Dad's".
