These used to be great slippers. My dad has worn them for years. Now his size doesn't work because they're too narrow. Bring back to old pattern!

Slippers don't fit. I go to a high end shoe store where they actually measure your foot and they told me my foot is 12.5" long and that I should always get a size 13 which I do. The LL Bean slippers are too long and they slip off my foot. I'm planning to go to my "local" store and exchange them. This will be my first return and my first visit to an L.L. Bean store !

not a fan of this version - I prefer the slip-on version without back/heel.

Second pair we have to return. Feels like they are on the wrong feet.even tried a different style. Thought it might level off with wear but it hasn't. Don't know if these are being made in a different country than usual but definitely not the same

The product is good but I ordered a size 13, which I normally wear, and they are too big. I need a size smaller but have not taken the time to send them back. If they all run this way order at least a half size smaller. I do not remember this problem in the past.

Sizing on these slippers are terrible. There are no half sizes and it says to order up to next size. They were way too big and I sent them back and never reordered. I bought another brand. They are good quality slippers though.

After about a year, I just bought another pair of these cozy slippers. When new, they are cozy and very comfortable. But after a very few months of wear around the house, the fleece begins to compact and wear out. After less than a year the fleece is gone under my toes, balls and heelsand the slippers start rubbing my feet. The soles and suede portions are fine. Maybe L.L. Bean should make these slippers with replaceable fleece inserts, like insoles, to extend the life of these otherwise good footwear.

Very nice slipper but they need to offer half sizes. 11 was too big and 10 was too small.

The width I wanted in the color I wanted was not available. So, I ordered the medium width and they were too narrow. I returned them then a phone call to customer service the slippers were available in chocolate brown. This was not a problem, but would have been a problem if I really wanted the brown color. Why was this the case?

Good looking and fit but inside the lambskin is lumpy and somewhat uncomfortable

Nice slippers but no where near worth $80! I must have been incoherent when I ordered these. Maybe $50. Disappointed I purchased at $80!

I ordered the size 11 because he wears a 10 1/2. It is sloppy on his feet. These slippers are great, but they need to come it half sizes too for the price and hipe.

After returning the first pair of slippers because of a defect, I purchased a replacement pair. I had no difficulty returning the defective pair. They were readily accepted and available ,once again on line. To date, the replacement pair is just fine. I do wonder why such an expensive pair of slippers had to be replaced after only several months of use. Normally, I would have given the slippers a higher rating except for the fact that they had to be replaced.

Seem to be well made.... but not as much cushion in the soles as most other and much less expensive slippers that I have had

Every year we buy these slippers for my husbands birthday. He love them and wears them so fast. This year when the slippers arrived they didn't fit. He compared them to his old ones and they were an 1 inch shorter in length. For the past 7 years he's always bought a size 11 and this is the first time they don't fit. He's willing to try ordering them one more time but quality control needs to step it up to prevent this from happening.

Not as comfortable as expected considering the price nor is it as attractive as the picture provided. I can get a similar item at one third the price.

Disappointed with the fit. I am a size 10 and the 10 was too big, 9 too small (they don't offer a 9 1/2) and both too wide and loose. Quality of materials is good. I have shopped at Beans since I was a kid, more than 40 years, and this is the first time I have had this experience. Still a loyal customer but expected a better product especially given the rave reviews online.

high expectations but after wearing several times my feet pronate inward too much. the soft side walls do not provide support. Not for me.

Very comfortable. Size runs too large unless you wear heavy socks. The old style used to come with rawhide laces that allowed for adjustment of the open part of the shoe. Wish they still had that feature.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. I had to return them and exchange for a different size, slightly larger than he normally wears because he likes to wear socks with his slippers. The fit was a little bit narrow, and he says it's less comfortable than the last pair. I bought him a few years ago. I throw his on sometimes when I have socks on and just need a pair I can slip my feet into. I think they're a little bit narrow as well.
