I live in a drafty old home with wood floors. I wear these everyday during the cold months, and even occasionally during the summer, when the a/c is on. I adore these slippers. Comfortable, cozy, and the bottoms wear like iron. I wholeheartedly recommend this item.

Every man (from when was little, up until today) who has owned these never wants anything else (brand or model). I got these for my boyfriend after he reminisced about them from years ago; the comfort of the leather bottom, the lifetime quality of how it's made, and how they are the only house shoes he had ever loved. He tried the fuzzy interior ones for the first time and he was so happy with them that he teared up a little when he first put them on. Like seriously, men love this shoe. The fashion, I don't think that matters as much to them because they are just for wearing in the house. What matters to them is the absolute comfort, reliable durability, and the way the leather shapes around the feet over time. It has to be LL Bean and it has to be this model. It's a thing.

The double sole slippers are the most comfortable slippers I have ever had. The quality and workmanship is fantastic

Long lasting and comfy! My last pair is 10 years old, I wear them daily. I bought another pair to keep for the day when the originals give up the ghost. They're still serviceable though! My new ones are in the closet ready to go though!

The slippers are first rate quality. We had to return them as my husband's foot is too wide.

When I ordered these I thought the price was a little high. Now that I have been wearing these every day I think they were a bargain.

Ordered these and they arrived quickly. Out of the box, they were, as noted by other reviewers, quite slick on carpet. I immediately scuffed the sole ever so lightly, and the performance on carpet was immediately safer. I was worried that it would be slick again once I had to oil the soles again(so far, once every 3-4 weeks. I wear them inside, but do go outside between 2 of our living quarters quite often, so they are getting some use) but that has not been an issue. Would recommend.

Most comfortable slipper ever! Wish they were in half-sizes though. Leather is just like an expensive shoe. I love them.

I love these slippers so much! I brought a pair more than ten years ago and they are still going strong, but with all the supply chain issues and inflation I decided to buy a back-up pair because I don't want to be with out them. They definitely have gone up in price along with most everything I really appreciate, so I thought I'd get them now while I could. I was going to put them away and save them till I needed them, but I wanted to try them on for size.... Oooh! They were a bit snug. Did my feet get bigger? Then I remembered reading someone else's review and I wore them for a day, and sure enough, they stretched out to fit me perfectly. So, no need to get the next size up (that would have been too much). But they felt so good, I decided against putting them away and now I get to have an upstairs and a downstairs pair! And by the way, if the leather ties keep coming undone, tie them, really tighten down the bow, and put a spot of super-glue on the knot. Problem solved...

These gorgeous, comfortable leather slippers have become my favorites. They are rarely off my feet when I'm inside during colder months.

These shearling-lined slippers are way warmer than the other two pair of regular moccasins that I have. Definitely for winter wear, not sure about the other seasons yet.

I bought these slippers for my husband for Christmas. He definitely wanted the shearling lined, but at first I ordered the leather lined. Needless to say, they went back, and the real good ones arrived. He likes them a lot.

Few things you buy meaningfully improve your quality of life. This is one of them.

I got 16 years out of my last fair before the soles finally wore through. I have no doubt I will get another 16 years out of this new pair.
