I have been purchasing these slippers for may years and they never disappoint!

I just received my slippers from LLBean and they are absolutely beautiful. They fit like a glove.

First of all I have partial neuropathy in my toes and feet so shoe fit is important. Because these slippers are only available in medium I have to order larger slippers which isn't optimal. I wear them everywhere including out on the wet lawn, bathroom, etc. I have gotten them soaked numerous times without issue. I beat them hard and they lasted almost 4 years before I wore a hole through the double bison sole. I would like to add this for all those who posted 1 star due to slippery soles. Come on! If you buy a new pair of dress shoes they are slippery too. What do you do? You go outside on a patch of concrete and rough them up. So what's the difference with leather soles slippers? None! Take a piece of sand paper or use the edge of a sharp knife and scrape them. ALL of those 1 star ratings for slippery soles should be removed. HOWEVER I add this caveat. LL Bean how many bad reviews for the same issue is it going to take for you to fix the problem by finishing the sole with a sanded finish? FIX IT.

These are the most comfortable slippers made. They hold up well. They is the second pair I purchased. The first purchased over 12 years ago ang finally wore through. I particularly like the absence of a synthetic sole.

These are incredible. I suffer from a microvascular injury resulting in constant discomfort in my feet, standing or walking. I tried a number of different slippers before returning to these. They are incredibly comfortable, warm without being hot, and durable enough to be worn out of doors. My prior pair had to be retired after many years when the sides wore out (but not the sole).

I work from home and I'll confess, spend most of my time in either this pair or the similar style in bison leather. They are just now giving up the ghost after 3 years of almost constant wear and I can hardly wait for a new pair to arrive. To be honest I think I prefer the bison uppers but either style is superb. I can't think of any way to improve them.

I've had 2 pairs of these before and will order another pair soon. People complain they are slippery. I scuffed mine on the concrete driveway and that solved the problem.

My husband's much loved LLBean slippers are wearing away after many years of use. He recently ordered a new pair. They are as meticulously constructed as the old pair; unfortunately, they are much narrower. He can't imagine they will stretch enough for his feet. Disappointed, he returned them.

Great slippers! My husband lives them has hardly taken them off since we received the delivery! Warm, and perfect fit, too. :)

This is the second pair I have owned. When I wore the first pair out after about 5 years I bought a different pair. They only lasted a little over a year. So I went back to ones listed and if I live long enough to wear them out I will buy another pair right away.

Purchased these as a gift to replace a pair that were purchased probably 25 years ago. Glad to see that the quality was still the same. I love LL Bean.
