I found these slippers inferior, not what I expected of the LL Bean brandno arch support allowing foot to slip and move at odd anglescould've purchased a dept store brand for a lot less money

Ordered these as gifts for my mom and sister. Unfortunately both had to return them for the same reason: weird and uncomfortable fit. Too tight in the ankle, yet foot kept slipping out. Sad because the style is really cute.

I normally wear a 7-7.5 and I bought the 8 thinking I would have room for fluffy socks or swollen feet but I can not get my whole foot in the slipper. I haven't upped the size further to see what would work but even a half size larger isn't big enough.

Adorable but too small! They run very narrow and the stability while walking isn't the best.

I got my regular size 7 and could hardly get my foot in these! The length is fine once I got them on but my heel kept falling off the back because it was pushing my foot out; they're very narrow. Also the tag on the top rubbed on my foot. These are going back.

Too tight over the top of the foot. Elastic in the top is too tight to stay on your foot comfortably.

I was very disappointed in color. I ordered Natural and based on photo online, I expected a cute white to off-white, but turns out they are a very blah beige-tan color. Also, they are very narrow. I am 8W and ordered 9B. Good news is they are not loose since I cannot get my feet all the way in due to the tight bridge. But I have tried to wear them and break them in for several days, and it is not working and they do hurt my feet a bit. These are more like hard shoes than what I think of as soft slippers with a lot of give. Very nice slippers, but do not order if you have wide feet, and sizing up is not going to help.

They fit my feet except the lining was so thick that ,after wearing for a couple hours, my feet were hurting because of the pressure on the top of my feet. I had to return them. I had even bought them a size larger than I wear. I wanted them to slip on easily. They didn't.

Sizes are smaller and fit is uncomfortable. Elastic band above arch does not stretch. Before re-ordering to larger size I read the reviews and after reading decided to return this order and purchase a different slipper.

I found the very hard soles on these uncomfortable. The slippers are too rigid to be really cozy.

These slippers would get 5 stars if the fit were better. They run short. I ordered size 8 and they are too short for my daughter who wears a size 7.5. Perfect otherwise.

Stitching so tight that it hurts the top of your foot when you walk in them. I tried to break them in but finally gave up. I can't wear them.

I really wanted to like these but they were just too small. Fit okay with bare feet but would definitely be too small with socks. Had to return. Will be wearing my old favorite Daybreak Scuffs for another year instead.

Looks really cool. Fit just does not work. I'm usually an 8.5. Tried an 8 and a 9 and neither worked. The raised heel may be the problem.

I've been a long time purchaser of L.L. Bean products. As the years go by I'm becoming more and more disappointed with the increased prices and the decrease in the quality. Although these slippers look nice they are very difficult to keep on my feet securely. The back of the slipper is not sturdy enough to keep my foot in it and it's not designed as a slide in. I find my feet slipping out of them as I'm turning left or right causing me to twist my ankles. (They are the correct size for me) I am disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend them as a sturdy comfortable slipper.

I ordered a size 9 and couldn't get my foot into it. My sister is a size 6-7 and they fit her perfectly so I let her keep them. Warning they run ridiculously small.

I have bought many products from LL Bean, including shoes, and I have never had an issue. This is the first purchase I am giving a bad rating. I wear a 7.5 so I purchased this slipper in a size 8. It is WAY too small! This slipper is clearly sized wrong both in length and width. I would not recommend; and certainly, would recommend going up at least 1.5-2 sizes if you want it to fit properly.

Got these as a birthday gift - fianc ordered the correct size , a W 7. These are so tight I cannot slide my feet in. I am typically 6.5 or a small 7. These are very very tight. I will be returning.

I wear a size 7 shoe. Since some of the comments suggested to order a larger size than what you wear, I ordered a size 8. I just could get my foot into them. There is no way I could have worn socks in them. Had to return and order a size 9. Such a hassle to have to go to town to find somewhere to ship them back. I would never order these shoes again.

Great slipper, however there is a sewn in tag inside both which are not removable and therefore created blisters.

I have an old pair of the similar booties so I ordered a new pair of the booties, and thought I would try to slides too. Both are way too small and short. The slides are also uncomfortable because the back is too short to hold your foot in the slide. And it's $6.50 to return or exchange, so I'm returning them both, and not even trying to exchange. Very disappointing.
