The sole of the left slipper came unglued after several months. I attempted several times to super glue it but the glue never held. Not the best Bean slippers.

Ordered a size 7 and these were too tight. I have a high instep. Could barely squeeze my foot in with lightweight socks on. Otherwise, these would be very comfy. Maybe order a size up if you have a high instep, too.

I usually love your slippers and looked forward to these as they were a new style for me. Both were way too snug (narrow). I will have to return. The quality looked good.

Just received these today. They are comfortable a little snug but in time the will form to my feet. So I'm looking at them and they don't match. Figures. Not sending the back but not happy.

These slippers are well made and attractive. Minenwere too snug to wear, and my daughter with a size smaller foot also found them too snug to wear. So sadly i am returning them.

Definitely cozy but hard to keep on feet. Narrow width across but also the tops of your feet so hard to get your foot in - I have reg sized feet ! Also the heel doesn't stay up so it squished down - wouldn't buy again - ah well ! Size 8.

I got these slippers in a size 8 originally. I saw they were on sale and Ive been needing a pair of slippers for a while now. I got them in blue and when I got them in the mail I noticed immediately they looked small, and alas they did not fit. They were very tight on the top of my foot and my heel sat off the back of them. Theyre veryyy cushy and soft but I had to exchange them for a size 9. To be fair, I do wear a 8.5 normally so the 8 was just too small for me. Normally I can get away with it but not these super soft slippers!! Oh well. Easy exchange process if you have your original packaging slip. If not youll have to contact customer service. And there is no where on their website that says exchange item only return. So begin a return and then call customer service. Love these now that I have them :-)

This is my 2nd pair and unfortunately this pair has same issue. There is a seam on the top inner where your arch begins. Where it looks like the seam over laps and therefore it makes a "bump" and it rubs when walking. Also they no longer had the purple color I ordered the first time and the only other color I likes was on sale $10.00 less but they charged me the full price. I have always gotten sales prices on returns and sometimes when I paid full price and item then was on sale and return cash was sale price. To me its not good practice.

I ordered a size up based on reviews that said they run small. Even then, the opening was so tight. The length was fine but I could barely get my foot in with a thin sock. I tried wearing them around a bit to stretch them out but it was uncomfortable.

These are very warm, yet comfortable. No more cold feet. They fit just right at size 6.

The tufts in the top of the slipper have rigid hard plastic in them. They rubbed the tops and sides of my feet causing long term pain. I threw them away.

Run small. I had to return for a larger size than I normally wear and I still bend over the back. Warm and comfortable though.

These are so comfortable and supportive that I accidentally wore them out of the house twice in the same day without realizing it. I say half size too small because Im a true 7.5 and the 8 fits me perfectly.

I should have listened to other reviews! These are difficult to get your foot into all the way. The soles of the shoes are too small for the shoe so it feels like you arent stable. It reminds me of the cups with strings toy that I had as a child, walking on small cups!

These slippers are super comfortable! I purchased them from one of the stores. My regular size is 8 1/2-9, but the slippers I have are a size 10. Thats the size they had in the store. They dont feel too big. Theres ample room in the toes, yet the top part keeps my foot snug. Since I wasnt able to try my regular size I cant say if they run big or not, but that if you order on the big side the design of the slipper still holds your foot in place.

I work from home part of the time so enjoy wearing these as I work remotely! Comfy and warm.

These slippers are poorly made. I could not get my feet past the arch as it is tight and small. Ive worn a size 6 all my life. This is the first time a 6 has been unwearable. I returned these to Bean 2 weeks ago and have not yet received the credit.

I wear a 7 1/2 narrow Sometimes 8 depending on the brand. I ordered the 8 and they fit my narrow feet perfectly. Absolutely love these. Thinking about ordering another pair to set aside for next year

I took out the insoles. I have the right size, a size up and they'd be way too long. The insoles are too thick which makes them tight. I got them from my 11yo son so I'd hate to have to return his gift. This adjustment made them work. They're cute slippers.

These slippers look great and are comfortable but they run small and are tight through the instep. I ordered a 7 ( my normal size in slippers ) and need to return them for an 8. They are still a little tight but are stretching out over time. They are very warm too.

They are under sized and my wife couldn't get them on ... will be returning them this week ... plan to order style she currently has ... so much for trying something new ...

Look really cute but extremely narrow. Had to return them.

Tried several slippers, several sizes none fit. These were Christmas gifts and 3 pair didnt work at all. Very costly to buy and return. I will not be purchasing llbean in the future.
