These slippers are toasty warm. They fit as expected. I can see where some reviewers had difficulty in getting them on. I have a low instep so that posed no problem, here. I like that these have a tough tread - convenient for a morning cup of coffee on the patio

I love how warm and light-weight the shoes are. As it is the end of winter, i can't speak to the water proofing, but I imagine LL Bean stands up to its usual great standards/

These slippers were what I had been looking for except half size too small. They are light weight with support but too short. Sometimes I can wear an 8 but not this time. Will keep looking!

I've really tried to put these to the test! Initially, they were comfortable & warm, but with my 63 year old feet I've faced the facts that comfort & support must outweigh the "cuteness" of my footwear. I must say that the longer I wore these "slippers" the more comfortable they were. I initially thought I may have to add an arch support, but the longer I wore them the more they seemed to adjust to that need. They have plenty of room for my bunions in the toe area and good enough heel support for my plantar fasciitis. I gave them a good test in our SC 1" snow last month as well as some deeper water puddles and they kept my feet warm and dry! The good tread did very well on our icy deck as well! I believe these will be worn a whole lot more than for slippers around the house for me. I really enjoy these "slippers" & so glad I purchased them!

I bought these for my wife, she likes them so much that she hardley takes them off great fit , warm and they go just about everywhere.

A little tight with the socks I normally wear as I should have went up a half size. Hard to find socks to wear with them. They fit perfect without socks but my feet sweat.

The fit is just right, they are very warm and the sole provides a lot of support to my feet! I love these slippers!
