When I first slipped them on I loved them. They were a bit tight across the top widest part of my big, wide, flat feet! I wore them with thin socks and they broke in! It took about 3-4 days for my feet to feel fully comfortable, now I want another pair in case they run out of my size and width. If you're on the fence, jump off on the buying side!!

I was looking for boots like these all winter and finally found them! I take a size 71/2 or 8 but have a narrow foot. I find Bean footwear often runs narrow so it works for me. These boots are narrow but the 71/2 fit me pretty well. Just a little snug, but comfortable and they will stretch. Nice boots!

Beautiful shoe I nabbed at great sale price and with coupon. Looks like a much more expensive shoe than the purchase price. Yes, they run narrow, but luckily my feet are same and I had no problem getting the shoe on with the loop shown.

These boots are exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable, easy slip on . I am one who cannot stand wet feet, so bring on the rain!!! I got it covered!!!

They're comfy enough to wear while teaching and sturdy enough to wear while hiking. In terms of length, they seem to run a bit big - I am wearing the size 7.5 even though my feet are an 8 by the ruler. Also, I use inserts for plantar fasciitis and there is plenty of room for them. My new go-to shoe!

I'm glad I went ahead and ordered the Stonington Chelsea boots. I prefer practical shoes. The shape is attractive, the leather is a nice brown color and I like the stitching around the soles. I sprayed them with waterproofing spray and they are set for chilly winter/spring wet days.They have stretched out comfortably. The support of the sole is decent, too.

Great fit, color and style! They have become the boots I reach for first! Casual and perfect for everyday.

Very comfortable straight out of the box. True to size, no need for a "break-in" period. After a recent foot surgery, these boots were completely comfortable to wear.

I have wide, flat feet & was worried because I have a hard time finding comfortable boots in this style. They fit perfectly, super comfortable to wear all day and can be dressed up or down. Also like that the toe isn't too pointy looking. Super happy with this purchase.

My size 9-W boots fit perfectly with very light sox. I wanted a 1/2 size larger to accommodate inserts for plantar faciitis & warmer sox. Hi! I have a very wide, very high volume foot AND a big calf! Makes boots impossible. I typically purchase size 7 in shoes (although my foot measures closer to a 6.) I got the 7.5 wide and they fit like a dream. The leather was a bit tight at the top, but broke in after 2 hrs. walking. love love love contemplating buying a second pair for when these wear out!

Ran super large, had to return. Looked really nice and well made. Replacement not offered.

These are very comfortable & feel like walking in sneakers. Didn't need to be broken-in at all.

Well made boots. Comfortable right out of the box. Looks great with skinny jeans.I was concerned about the width after reading other reviews. Not a problem even with my bunion issue. I already owned a pair of Stonington lace up boots , so I had an idea of the brand regarding size and durability. All in all I think it is a good sturdy boot.

Bought these last year in 8 wide brown. Exactly what I was looking for. Fit is perfect for my c width and length is spot on. I love the Chelsea style (don't like the look of zippers!) but they take awhile to get on with only my hands but go on much easier with a long shoehorn.

Seriously these are the best boots. True to size, comfortable, and they go with just about every outfit. I've gotten so many compliments for them. After 3 years, I've finally worn the soles out and I'm super bummed to find out that these boots can't be resoled.
