I originally purchased similar slippers from LLBean in a size 8, so when I ordered these, I ordered the same size. However, they were too large so I had to send them back for a smaller size. I hadn't heard if they'd been received after 10 days, so I sent an email inquiring about my exchange. I was pretty disappointed to hear that it was taking 5-6 weeks to process an exchange. So I'm waiting.

Been shopping at LLBean for years. Notice that a lot of things are not sized as well as they used to be. They are too narrow and will have to return. That withstanding, I love LLB for gift giving, personal use Thanks for the great customer servicce.

I have ordered many pairs of a style you discontinued in women's slippers, so I am trying these. Very cushy but you cannot just slide them on; I almost need a shoehorn. That doesn't work in the middle of the night!

The slippers similar to these that you used to carry, and I bought for years, were much better. These are not the same, have a different sole . Will not buy them again.

The heel was uncomfortable due to the stiff material. It began to make my heel hurt. There was no arch support in these slippers as there are in other LL Bean slippers I own

I love these slippers but gave them away after wearing several times - the arch support is great but the instep is quite tight and very uncomfortable.

I bought these as a gift for my mom. She said they were a bit uncomfortable, the tops of her toes didn't feel right, but she said it didn't have anything to do with the size. She was able to exchange at a store no problem and got a different pair of LL Bean slippers that she loves.

I have always gotten my slippers from LLBean but these were a disappointment. They are way too narrow and have no "give" on them. If I hadn't worn them, I would have returned them

Will not order again.

I bought these slippers thinking they would be similar to the sweater fleece slipper scuffs. They're okay if worn with socks but my feet tend to get clammy wearing them without socks. It must be the material they are made with is not as breathable. They're okay...not as good as others.

I found these comfortable, until I started walking in them. They run big, so the back flops and rubs the back of my heal.

The slipper is longer than older styles I have had. Have worn your fleece slippers for years. Cushioning is very nice. Have been debating returning these, though not sure a smaller size will not be too tight. Perhaps they feel looser cause the material is not as thick as the old fleece ones were. Undecided whether to keep or not.

I previously bought a pair of fleece slippers from you and I loved them. They fit perfectly and I liked the soleit was not spongy. When I went to order another pair, I noticed the style was different but decided to take a chance. When I first tried them on, I thought they fit ok so I kept them. Now as I am wearing them I find my foot slipping in them because the inside is compressing into the spongier sole and I get no support. I will not buy again!

I like the slipper except it is way to large. I am an 8 1/2 and I ordered 8. Could have gone down a size. The slipper is pretty and I like the material.

I've bought several of these slippers over the years. I kept returning to LL Bean because the quality of the slippers far exceeded anything else I tried. But that may no longer be true. The construction of the slipper has changed significantly. Most noticeable is the insole that used to be sewn into the slipper. Now it is a separate piece that is glued in place and doesn't quite meet the sides. And the slippers are narrower than before. I hope LL Bean soon returns to the better quality slipper.

They are nice. I wish the sole was thicker as I like to go outside in the grass. These won't hold up as nicely as you other skipper similar to this one

I thought I would like this slipper but way to heavy for a slip on slipper. Fits large and I have a big foot and these were way to big. Sending them back.

I ordered the size 10 (I am a true 9.5) the size is a little big but I wear thick socks for winter....it's the sole I have a problem with, it's very stiff and hard...so I am going to return them. I do like the sweater fleece top though...the top part is very comfortable...it's the hard sole I don't care for...

I loved my fleece slippers that I had before. They had some arch support and lasted a long time. I had hoped to order another pair - but I don't seem them online. Instead, there is this one. It's wider, no arch support and seems to be lower quality. Disappointed,

Slippers are warm, true to length, yet wider than I would like. Because they are sweater material, they stretch out too quickly.

I have worn these for years and always loved them. This latest pair are different. The inner sole is different, I'm assuming to provide more cushion, but now it is like a platform with an edge that , as I walk, I slide off the edge, affecting how I walk and how stable these are

The usual LLBean good quality. They just didn't fit. Too small overall (width and instep).

nice slipper. only width available is medium---too narrow for me. please add some wide width sizes to your slippers/shoes.

This slipper is very tight across the top of my feet, causing pain. I'm hoping they will loosen up after a while but it's hard to do that when they are too painful to wear. If you don't have a high instep I guess they would be alright

Problem with low heel deal. It flattens down and so each time I put on the slippers I have to make sure the heel is 'up'. Slightly irritating, and it doesn't feel good if your foot isn't firmly 'in there'.
