They are way to big. I am a true size nine, they felt more like a 10.

Pretty, soft, but narrow and elongated. Was not a comfortable fit for me.
Planning to replace them with the men's version as I occasionally steal my husband's and they fit me much better

I had to return them as they were too tight in the toe area!

I considered exchanging these slippers for the next size up, even though I'm a 10 in every other shoe/slipper from every other manufacturer. EXCEPT -- there's a stiff tag in the instep that sticks up and is very painful to my arch. I called to ask how to get rid of it, and they were clueless. They said no one else has ever complained about the tag. Apparently they don't read their reviews, because many others have complained. IT HURTS! There's even a YouTube video showing how to get rid of the tag.
I am returning them.

Good looking slipper but the fit was not great. I kept walking "out" of them, and consequently am returning them. I bought a pair of sheepskin slippers from you almost 30 years ago that have held up amazingly long. They are on their last legs now, and I have had to re-sew some of the seams. Unfortunately, you no longer make this slipper for women.

Lovely slippers but even to narrow for my narrow feet

I bought these slippers in the berry color about a month ago. The color is beautiful and the suede is soft , they are high quality. The problem is that in normal wear they have stretched and are a little too lose. The BIG problem is that the stitching on the right shoe has started to come undone. They are way too new and expensive for this to be happening so soon. I will now have to take them to be repaired and incur an extra cost. Not worth it IMO.

The fleece lining wears down quickly so the comfort is lost. Really disappointing

Maybe they forgot the padding in the pair I received?! While the lining is warm and the color is pretty. I felt like I was walking on the floor barefoot. No padding whatsoever and for the price. Not worth it. Returning them. Why pay such a high amount for slippers with such bad padding. No wonder my podiatrist doesn't like slippers for those with plantar faucitis like me.

I got these slippers today. The right shoe is wider than the left, almost like it has been worn by someone else, there even looks to be a bump where someone else's toe has pushed through to leave an imprint and the left shoe is more narrow. They are not the same pair of shoes. The stitching is funky, and I predict it isn't going to last.
There is more cushioning in this slipper than the moc boot I recently returned. I like these much better than the moc boot, the top part of the shoe covers most of the top part of my foot which I like. The lining is warm. The blue color is nice. The size is a tad off, I am a true 7, but the shoes are a bit long and slip as opposed to staying on my feet when I walk, but a size smaller would be too small.
The inner tag is right where it shouldn't be.
The last four-five things I have purchase from LL Bean I have had to return because the size didn't come close, or the quality was not up to par. I do not want to return these shoes, but it will drive me crazy looking at one wide used looking shoe and one narrow new shoe. I am tired of the hassles of returning products, it is time consuming, not to mention the merchandise is too expensive to constantly be disappointed.

These make my feet look HUGE! The part of the slipper that goes over the top of the foot seemed much wider than pictured in the catalogue. It looks like I'm wearing my husband's slippers. I ordered a size 7 and they are a bit loose. I have an average width foot. When the sherpa packs down from wear, I don't think I could keep them on my feet. Kind of sad that I had to send them back.

I purchased the same slipper in 2 colors and this color seems a half-size larger and not as soft and comfortable. The tan color fits and feels perfect.

I purchased these to replace my well worn old slippers.
I understand that they feel tight when first purchased due to the soft shearling lining. This would be my third pair.
They truly were much too big.
Unfortunately, this was my third return to LLBean in a short time. Things aren't the same quality as before.
I hope LLBean goes back to their usual standards. For now, I'll be taking a break from shopping there.

These are my very first pair of Wicked Good slippers. They came and they looked soft and comfy and was excited to put them on. They were very comfortable and not as warm as I thought they would be. I also noticed the the left side top portion of material started to curl up and it won't stay down. The right side is starting to do the same. The size is also bigger than true to size.

These slippers were a Christmas present from my husband. Didn't get them until January because they were on back order. Loved them right away. They are comfortable warm and fit great. After wearing them for a month, became very disappointed at the quality. They no longer have any cushion in the bottom and the fur material on the inside is coming apart. Also very disappointed that they are not washable. Definitely not the quality that I expect from L.L. Bean.

I was really looking forward to getting these shoes. After all, they're expensive for slippers, the cream of the crop at LL Bean. Here's why I returned them. First, the size 8 was too big, even though I consistently wear an 8 or an 8 1/2. Second, there is a stiff tag sewn into the shoes' inside seams, right where the side of your foot falls. It's inconceivable that they couldn't put the information on the tag somewhere where it won't irritate your foot. Also, without the LL Bean label on the outside of the shoes, I wouldn't have been able to tell which was the right shoe and which was the left. They have no discernible difference in their shapes. Very disappointing.

I normally wear between 9.5 and 10, medium-width shoes. The ordering instructions said to order up for half sizes, so I ordered size 10. After waiting for weeks, these slippers finally arrived, and the box includes a card saying that they should fit snugly at first. Despite that, though, they are miles too big - in length and especially in width, even if I wear thick wool socks. I cannot walk in them because they are so floppy. They are going straight back and I'm not going to bother ordering another pair. I used to be able to order anything from LL Bean and have the sizing be correct, but my last few orders have all been disappointments. No more ordering by mail for me.

I received these slippers as a gift. They ran small. they were not warm and the soles were very thin.
I returned them. Would not recommend them to a friend.

My husband and I have been wearing these slippers for years - we always each get a new pair in the fall - and for years they have truly been Wicked Good. For years the new slippers have arrived with plush, fluffy sheepskin interiors that are awesomely comfortable.
But this year we are both very disappointed; this year the slippers are only Kinda OK. Our new pairs have sparse wool interiors, to the point that the slippers are too big to start (we have to wear them with socks to keep them on our feet). The interiors are so sparse that they are actually less fluffy than the year-old, well-worn pairs that we are replacing. Very disappointing! I think we'll be looking to other companies to purchase our next pairs...these just don't measure up to what we've come to expect from L.L. Bean.

I waited for these for two months, but they didn't fit even though they are the same size I have ordered from LL Bean before. I had the mocassins with the laces, but the laces kept coming untied, so I bought these. Unfortunately, they are too narrow and too short, so I am sending them back.

Although these are extremely warm and comfortable they will not hold up. The past 2 pairs we have purchased have not even lasted a full winter season let alone an entire year. This is an expensive pair of slippers to not even last a year. They literally fall apart. Please see photos.

I loved these slippers during most of the 2 years I had them. My dissatisfaction is due to the shearling lining bunching up and wearing unevenly. This caused it to feel as though I was walking on large pebbles. I have feet issues anyway so it became excruciating. But the worst part was that, when I returned them, I was reminded the Bean had modified their return policy so that you can only return purchases (even with defects) within 1 year! I understand that some people took advantage of the old return policy but I never did, and it felt like a slap in the face.

Years ago my husband had these slippers. They were so great I ordered a pair. I have worn them every day for years. Finally the wool in the heel and toes has worn thin so,I decided time for another pair. Let me add there is nothing else wrong with them, I just wanted more warmth. I was so disappointed. The overall quality has deteriorated, but the saddest thing is there is so little fur inside I may as well continue wearing my old ones.
