I got these slippers as a gift last Christmas. I wore them twice and the stitching came out on one of the slippers. Since I did not have a receipt I was told they could not be returned. I was very disappointed in the quality of the slippers as well as the inability to exchange for another pair.

Love the style, but like others have said, they run very small. I wear a size 7, and since there are no half sizes, I am afraid a size 8 will be too big. Going to return them.

These size 8 slippers were too short, and I am a *textbook* size 8. The sizing is simply wrong on these. For comparison, I have literally bought five pairs of shoes in a size 8 over the past few months, and they are all the correct size/length. I'm incredibly annoyed that I had to pay $6.50 for return shipping for something that is basically defective due to improper sizing. I'm never ordering shoes from LL Bean again.

The slippers look great, but i found there was no real comfort found when worn. There wasnt any cushion between my feet and the plastic soles.

The tab on the heel hurt my foot. The lining is flimsy, and probably won't last long. I returned mine.

The slippers I received had no cushioning in the insole. The LLBean tag was sewn in the heel which irritated my heels quite a lot, The shame is that I was so looking forward to the quality that the company is known for. These were a dud. Will think twice before any more purchases.

Have purchased slippers in the past. The stitching on the right shoe was defective and they are falling apart. Sent a picture and letter a week ago but no response as of yet. They are falling apart as we speak. Very unhappy... Please send another pair or allow me to send back to you for repair. Thank you.

They fit perfectly, were comfortable and are cute. They are coming unstitched. Bean used to mean good quality to me. Not anymore.

Very disappointed. I would give this zero Stars if I could. I purchased the expensive slippers and less than a week later all of the stitching came unraveled. Now I have no slippers and I have to find the time to drive back to Freeport to return them. I will not be purchasing another pair of slippers. The quality is not what it used to be.

Disappointed with fit. Even with two women's cushioned inner soles in addition to a cushioned heel cup under the lambs wool, the right shoe does not fit like the left. It was as if they were two different sizes. The heel of the right shoe is too big and the shoe is floppy. I've never encountered this in any of the dozens of shoes in my closet. I had to purchase these items in an attempt to make them work, it helped but did not solve the problem. I'm very disappointed.

Unfortunately very uncomfortable. Heavy and wide at the heel. Maybe I can put a sock on and wear them for yard work in cooler weather.

Return because they were too wide in the heal and did not have much support.

Too flat to easily try on. I tried it on with a thin sock to avoid contamination of other LLBean Customers. There was no way I could get it on either foot.

I was very disappointed that the stitching on one slipper started to come apart after less than two weeks of very minimal wear. I'm going back to the Wicked Good style which has always worked well.

The people who made these slippers sewed a stiff label inside the slipper where a person 's arch would be, VERY uncomfortable!

they were cute but too big and the toes curled up a bit like genie slippers. I wasn't given the opportunity to exchange them and LL Bean charged me shipping to return them. They felt the $ was more important. So I now have none.

These. Run very big, I am afraid I will never be able to wear them. I waited too long after I disposed of packaging,

Has leather label sewn on the heel part of the inside of slipper, takes away from the comfort.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the stitching at the side of the slipper has come undone after only a few weeks of wearing them. I will have to return.

Comfortable and fit well but stitching fell apart in a few months. LL Bean cannot repair so a complete waste of otherwise nice slippers.

This is my second pair with defective lacing. I wore the first pair once and the end of the lacing came out and was unraveling because it was not knotted. I reordered another pair and the end of the lacing was already loose and unlaced in the box. I noticed many customers have complained about this defect. Turns out they were right. I wanted to give it one more try because I like the concept of the slipper with the thick sole and leather to get the mail etc. My size is currently unavailable. Now I'm stuck with a gift card because I paid by Pay Pal. I had previously been wearing a $14 pair of slippers with the same style but much thinner material. The lacing still remains intact after 6 months wear and the dog carries them around when I'm not wearing them (not chewing on them but lays her head on them) Now that is a product that is wear and tear proof!

I have had LL bean moccasin slippers in the past and needed a new pair. Loved the look of this pair but have had to return 2 pairs since the holidays. The first pair unraveled within 2 days of wearing them. Sent them back and have been wearing the second pair for maybe 3 weeks and the same exact thing is happening. I do not have wide feet and typically wear a 8.5 so I ordered a 9 as the catalog suggested to order up.

These just arrived today and I have to return them. I ordered a size 8--I wear an 8.5, but always have better luck buying the smaller size when they only come in full sizes. The length would have worked, but they are so wide in the heel that I can't keep my foot in them when I walk. I do have narrow feet, so probably would fit a medium foot, but I've bought moccasins in the past in a size 8 that have molded to my foot after a very short time. With the rubber sole, I don't see that happening. Need to find a quality pair of mocs that have a leather sole. I've got two pairs I've worn for years--at this point, one of them has duct tape holding the sole together, but they are too comfortable to give up.
I'd also recommend:
I wish I knew. Still searching for a good quality leather moccasin with a leather sole.
