As others have mentioned the slipper is comfortable but the sewing up at the top comes loose. I will take them to a shoe repair place to be fixed as I like the slipper. But LL Bean needs to talk to their supplier about doing a better job of locking in the final stitches so the slippers don't come apart.

Unfortunately on the left moccasin rubbed against my ankle, causing soreness and a blister. Painful to wear. Disappointing..

Did anyone else find they run large? I generally wear a 7 so that's what I ordered. (In one of the Bean slippers I wear an 8!) So who really knows? The color I like is not available in 6. I would try this in a 6 because the 7 was too loose. But I don't love the available colors. Do feet shrink? I thought the opposite.. Yes I would recommend, as long as you have the patience for returning what doesn't fit.

I have purchased these slippers in the past because of the quality and they are so comfortable. However, my new pair the stitching started to unravel. Very disappointing.

I love the comfort of these slippers. They are warm and have good support and cushioning on the soles. However, I bought up a size (9) because I had bought that size with my previous LLBean slippers. This style size 9 fell off my feet as I walked. So, I returned them for the next smaller size (8), which turned out to be a tad small. I can only wear them for so long. I wish the style had come in half sizes!

This slipper is not as comfortable as the wicked good slippers. I returned the first pair as they were too large. I ordered the next smaller size and they were too small. These were a gift from my daughter and, unfortunately, I cannot wear them. I will donate them rather than pay another shipping charge to return them!

Loved the slippers but had to return them as they are more for a Medium with foot not a narrow one.

I wear a size 6.5 in all other shoe brands. I ordered a size 6 in these slippers and they slip and slide up and down my heels (even with socks). They are well-made and the color is fun. They are comfortable other than being too large, and I like the sturdy sole. I would highly recommend them for anyone with a size 7 or larger foot with the advice to order a size DOWN. I advise the same for the Women's Wicked Good Slippers since I had the same issue with them. Sadly, LLBean doesn't offer slippers in size 5. I hope they will one day!

I purchased this slipper for my wife's Christmas present. It fits well and is very comfortable. However, as others have noted, the whip stitch comes apart. Within 3 weeks, it came unraveled. Not the best Quality Control. I was able to purchase some leather needles and managed to repair the stitch. So, if you order these, you might go online and find some needles and awl. The kit can be found for less than $10. You will need it. Otherwise, the slippers are soft and warm.

I bought this slipper in the boot and loved it, but wanted the shoe so it would be easier to slip on. The sizing is terrible. I typically wear a 7 1/2 (so hate it when companies don't offer half sizes). I bought the 8 which was WAY too big, so I ordered the 7. It was too short, but eventually it streched so the length is fine. BUT, the it also stretched so much that now it's really wide. I still wear them - I love the sole and being able to wear them outside - but they just don't fit well. Just beware of major stretching. Or buy the boot version!

I love these slippers. They fit snuggly at first, but stretched. I would have preferred them to continue to fit snug to my feet. After 2 weeks of wear, the stitching is coming apart. I don't see that they would last through washing them in the washer as other reviewers have said. Returning them for stitching coming apart. Maybe next pair will be better. Too expensive to be coming apart.

The slippers were so cute and comfortable and I love them unfortunately the stitching started to unravel after 2 weeks. Very disappointed because normally l.l. Bean has excellent quality

Had previously ordered the other LLBean moccasin for my mother. She loves them. I thought I'd get her this style in the same size. It was too narrow for her foot

The label on the inside bottom of the slipper turned my foot blue when worn without socks. It was very hard to get the blue color off my foot. Otherwise warm and comfortable

Purchased two sets of moccasins - and returned both. One - too small. The other - too large. A "half size" would have been perfect - but LL Bean did not make half-sizes available.

I was hoping these slipper moccasins would have better support, based on the product description and the photo. Sadly, they do not . The fit was fine, although they would have been too snug with thick socks. I have had plantar fasciitis and needed supportive slippers to wear inside; these have no arch support at all. The sole looks sturdy in the photo, but it is actually more of a soft rubbery material. Not worth the price, and they are going back.

I love the look and fit of these slippers, however, after just a month or two the stitching came loose on the side. I was able to restitch it once but it needs to be done again. I am very disappointed they didn't hold up better. I had high hopes for LL Bean brand slippers.

I love the sole, it's solid and can be worn inside and out. They are soft and comfortable but after wearing them for a week they have loosened up and barely stay on my feet. That's a bit disappointing. I am not sure if I will be keeping them. Maybe a smaller size and then they won't stretch out to be too big.

Bought the gorgeous Teal-Turquoise pair. We don't wear our "outside shoes" inside the house; so these easy slip on-off slippers are perfect for house slippers. Being older, my dream house slippers would be ones that incorporated Arch Support because I wear them all day. I can always count on LL Bean Quality & am happy to be buy merchandise from the beautiful State of Maine.

The fit was different for each shoe. The stitching at the top edge restricted my toes in one shoe. Potentially they are comfortable if you do not want any arch support. I liked the leather outsides and the soles were water proof with good gripping.

The lacing on sides of slippers let go within 2 weeks of receiving them. They run big.
