I LIKE THEM VERY MUCH BUT I HAVE VERY SENSITIVE FEET AND MY FEET STILL HURT WHEN I WALK IN THEM.I WISH THEY HAD A LITTLE MORE PADDING IN THE FRONT. THEY WOULD HAVE TO BE A LITTLE LARGER THOUGH. ALL IN ALL, THEY ARE A VERY NICE SLIPPER.

Should tell people to order down, not up. Shoe was too long and way too wide. Disappointed.

A little too long and wide. Product description indicated ordering up for those of us requiring half sizes. (Curious that half sizes aren't available in slippers.) A size smaller would certainly be too small and the size I ordered just a little too large. I suppose I will be wearing socks to close the gaps by winter. I can always add orthotics. Would definitely have given a 5 star rating if it came in half sizes. Now the good news. This is a gorgeous slipper and is sure to last many years. The sole is reminiscent of classic duck boots, so it should hold up for trips to the mailbox. The box was crushed by the delivery service.

Women's Size 7 was too small and size 8 too large. I kept the larger size and wear socks to solve the problem. My husband's slippers were a good fit. He loves them.

Overall, I really like this slipper. It's more durable than most on the market. I normally wear an 8, but got a 7 based on the reviews, which was a good choice. There is some arch support. I have bad knees, and need a good arch. Unfortunately, I can't wear super long because there's not enough of the arch support and my knees ache if I wear for more than an hour. I'm afraid I'll have to opt for a slipper from an orthotic site next. :-( I would recommend to a friend, as long as they don't need a lot of arch support like I do.

The slippers were only available in whole sizes so I had to order an 8. If I wear big socks, they fit fine. They are comfortable and look great, but the LL Bean label in the heel seems to make the heel a bit harder than the rest of the slipper. I do like them better than the clog slipper I bought in the past.

I would prefer that this was easier to slip on. The TAB gets caught inside the slipper when I'm trying to put it on quickly, so I wear them less. I must sit down to hold onto the tab to put them on. Otherwise, wonderful! You had a leather slipper that I've purchased year after year. I miss it very much. Also, this slipper may seem a tiny bit tight at first, but then stretches after a little wear to compensate. Not a lot of toe, but I think my feet have flattened with age so I can't complain. Once again, this slipper/moccasin is strong, durable, comfortable, with not too much lining which allows for socks or going barefoot.

Wish for only 1 change/improvement: interchangeable lining. Something cool and dry for summer use, and the warm fuzzy could be used for fall winter use.please consider the suggestion.

Well made, comfortable for inside or out. Ordered size 7 which is my usual size but they were a little big. Overall very satisfied.

I purchased these slippers because I am tired of the slip-on with no backs and hate the slippers with ties that never stay tied. I was surprised by these slippers. They are boxy looking (not the greatest looking slipper and the reason for a 4 star rating) but they are comfortable, fit well and easy to slip on. I am a size 7.5 and ordered size 8 the fit was perfect. I would order these again.

Living in Florida, I did not want too warm of a lining. My feet do not get too hot. I wear with a sox as my foot is more narrow. Slipper is well made and constructed well. I purchased the cement color and it is a nice neutral / taupe.

Love the slippers! Very comfortable but the lacing around the top of the slipper came loose after one day of wearing around the house. I will return them and get another pair. I purchased 3 more pairs for my daughters for Christmas and they love them. Although one of my daughters has the same thing happening with hers. So they will be returned also for a new pair.

I was disappointed in these slippers as the heel portion is to wide, causing my foot to rise up when walking. Otherwise they are well made.

I bought these slippers to replace a previous pair with the leather ties on the front. These are fine but not nearly as attractive as the previous pair. I replaced the others because the leather won't stay tied. Honestly the new ones look like men's slippers. Sigh.

Easy to wear, can go from house to road to pick up the newspaper over the lawn to the garage to fill the bird feeder. The stitching has come undone at the top of the instep. Looking for a needle big enough to try to take one stitch and knot the thread. Otherwise, I would have given these slippers an excellent. If they wear as well as my previous pair of the same style, I'll be thrilled.

Comfortable slipper. the only drawback is the leather/suede logo stitched into the heel portion of the insert inside the footbed of the slipper. When it's cold, the logo is cold and doesn't warm up for a few minutes, so either wear socks or run around to warm up your feet!

Mountain slippers are warm & comfy. However I ordered normal size and these seem to run a little large. Very heavy socks help secure my feet somewhat.

I love these, but I sent the first pair back because even though I take a size 7, they were enormous. I had to pay for the shipping, then I ordered a size 6, and they are still too big, I am going to keep them though, I guess, as they fit with socks on and I do not wish to pay for the shipping back again. They are very nice quality wise and in looks too. Also, why do you send me 20%-25% off stuff alerts right AFTER I purchase something, both times! I would have wanted to use that discount on the second pair.

The slippers appear to have been very well made. I ordered my usual size 9--HUGE! So, I returned them and re-ordered an 8, a size almost unheard of for me--STILL HUGE! Sent those back, too. I didn't want to try a smaller size. I was tired of the whole thing, so I returned those, too. Too bad. They were very sturdy-looking, fairly cute, and would have fit my NEEDS if they had fit my FEET.

These slippers are great! I ordered a wide because I usually order wide shoes and I ordered an 8, which is my usual size, and they fit perfectly. They were a touch tight at first, but the more I wore them, the more comfortable they became. I would definitely order another pair!

Haven't been a slipper wearer because I don't like my feet to be overly warm but these slippers serve me well. I can't give them 5 stars because they are a little sloppy in the width.

I purchased the 'dark cement' color. I'm impressed with the quality of these. I see no glue stuck on the material from the sole, or around the sole, and both shoes feel the same while wearing. They are VERY comfortable and warm, great shoes for running around the house in or running quick errands. They have removable insoles too! My only gripe is that I feel these run a half size large. I wear a size 9 in everything, and my heel slips when walking in these. An 8 would have been too small. I'm going to keep them though, it's not that big of a deal to me. I did not feel that they were narrow or wide. The construction of these is fantastic, despite being made in China. The quality control is there and L.L. Bean has a great guarantee.

following full hip replacement on R side, I was left w/ right leg 1/2" longer than left. I finally got 2 pairs of shoes fitted so that I could walk w/o bad limp and discomfort. When at home, I wanted the shoes off to relax. I saw these slippers in the catalog and noted removable insole and no laces. Went to Eastview store, was fitted and placed my lift in the deep well under the removable insole and comfort was found! The fact that these slippers are leather makes them more comfortable w/ the wearing.
