Very comfortable, good fit. Just what I expected!

I like these for the leather, the sole, and the fleece lining, but the heel back is too low. Because I could not order a half size, I find that my heel keeps coming out of the moccasin, or alternatively comes down on the back of the moccasin instead of inside it. I would have bought the type with the tie except that when I wear those with trousers, my pants legs keep untying the bows. I would like this better if the back were higher.

Is it just me or do they look like they are on the wrong feet? While they are soft, warm and comfortable, they are not very attractive and look like I'm wearing my husband's slippers. But with that said, they will stay on my feet all winter.

Whatever the temperature, these slippers are comfortable. They keep your feet warm, but not too warm. The only problem is they run very large, and as the fleece settles, they get larger. I would order a smaller size.

I LOVE the way these slippers feel but the overall look could use some improvement. After only one wear, they lost their shape and now they make my feet look huge. I would hesitate to wear them if we had overnight guests but around my family they are okay because they feel so good on and are very warm.

These slippers were VERY comfortable. And warm. It was like walking on a cloud. But as other reviewers have said, they keep falling off your feet (I have tried 2 different sizes, just to be sure it wasn't a fit issue: my regular size 8 fit fine, but the slippers wouldn't stay on anyway). So, I returned them, much to my disappointment. I ended up keeping the Hearthside Moccasin Slippers (which are also quite comfy).

This was my first pair of LLBean slippers/scuffs, and really like them for around the house on cold/damp days. The only problem I found was that the right scuff was a bit wider than the left.

I loved the sheepskin lining but the slipper just felt too loose. I have problems with my knees and missteps really aggravate them. Wish they fit snugger.

I liked the look of these scuffs but my foot will not stay in them. Similar to wearing flip flops. I was disappointed because I thought they would be great for the warmer weather months. Will go back to the Wicked Good slippers.

I have bought these slippers for years and this is the FIRST time they have ever not been true to size. One pair was too long, one pair was too short and this also happened with a friend whom I bought a new pair for as well. They also did not feel as "cushioned" on the interior. Still my favorite slipper, but was not expecting multiple orders to get one pair right.

These are great slippers, but because my feet pronate, they didn't work well for me. I need something that is not open in the back, 'cause my heel went over the side. I like the moccosins I have now which are Bean's, but the only problem is they keep coming un-tied.

These slippers are super comfortable and cozy. The only thing that surprised me about them is that the back of the slipper does not come up over your heel. I guess I should've paid more attention because the word "scuffs" probably refers to that, but I only looked at the picture to pick out the slipper and assumed it went up higher. But, if you want just a slip on "scuff," then this is the one for you!

Received as a gift from my husband. Do like them more support would be nice wear them all the time after work

I really like these compared to the old ones. The old ones ran over and didn't feel comfortable after a few months. These have not done that at all. They are really comfortable!

This item was made well but was far too wide for my narrow foot(AA) even though I can wear medium width slippers. It was also a bit long for the size. So this particular slipper is for a pretty wide foot!

I have been on a quest for slippers all year! these seem to the answer for me! Nice and snuggly and enough padding for my sensative heel. A little surprised that there isn't a bit more wiggle room in the toes.

These are fine in a pinch but hope Bean brings back the clogs which my whole family loved

I have been ordering slipper's from L.L. Bean for many years. I love their comfort and durability but do not like that the ties never stay tied. I bought the scuff for that reason although I would have preferred the mocs. They are warm, comfortable and the sole gives good support for arthritic feet. They are a bit large and my feet slide around in them but they feel so good without socks I will put up with it. Hope that in the future you will offer the mocs without ties.

I got this style because the clog-style slippers with the cork soles were no longer available. They are good quality and warm, but don't stay on my feet as well. If the clogs don't come back, I'm not convinced I would get another pair of these, but Wicked Good slippers are still the best.

felt just a bit too short, and the shearling had an odd bunching right under the ball of one of my feet that was uncomfortable. i personally didn't like the open back, since i felt like my feet were cold all the time that way. i returned these for a pair of the moccasins.

I bought these slippers for my daughter for Christmas and she said "I really like my scuffs but I feel they run a little short. However; this does not keep me from wearing them. They keep my toes nice and toasty."

Bought these for my grandmother. She was pleased. The only consern she had was with the low back. She wished they were just a little higher. I can't give a real indepth review, as I don't have a pair of my own. They seemed to be well made and when I tried them on, they felt comfortable.

Warm and fuzzy and mostly comfortable. Good quality, substantial soles. My only quibble is the slightly odd design of the 'scuff'. It has a very low back which is more annoying than anything. Yes, it does keep the slippers on my feet when I take the trouble to pull it up, but it isn't really high enough and sometimes slips down. So I wind up walking around with the back folded under my heel. I would prefer a true, i.e., backless, scuff design, for easier slipping on/off.

Great shoes, fit snug around toes/top of foot. If my foot was wide at all I wouldn't be able to wear them. Hope they stretch just a little...

I've bought several pairs of these in various styles, and will buy more in the future.
