Heel felt very large and chunky. Overall, boot was not comfortable for me.

Pretty. But too small.

These are very pretty, polished looking boots…I bought a 8.5 wide to fit my wide foot and prominent bunion…but they are definitely not wide boots. The leather is soft and would’ve given to accommodate my foot, but the actual footbed was a regular width. So sad that I had to return these.

The boots look cute and well made. Unfortunately they are way too narrow! I ordered 7.5W and could barely fit my foot in them. I am a true 7.5.

Loved the look of these shoes, but very narrow even in a whole size larger.

The tops of the boots were very stiff and kept poking my legs when I walked

Unfortunately this boot did not deliver on the following: One, the look is nice but the overall quality was not on point for the cost. I could tell that after a few wears the seams would start to come apart. Two, I did not find the W width to be any different than an M width as it felt too tight and narrow along the foot. Three, I sized up 1 full size and getting the boot on was quite of a struggle with a thicker sock. If you are considering purchasing this boot, know that you will have to wear a thinner sock and sizing up will be ideal. Overall, I found this style of shoe by Naturalizer not to meet good quality and fit standards for their brand. Such a disappointment.

I’ve worn these boots twice and the heel already fell off the right boot. Good looking and comfortable otherwise but I’d advise to look someplace else for quality.

I could NOT get the zippers to come down on either boot.

I don't know. They may have fit fine if I could have fit my foot into them.
