The fit is on par with Joe's jeans, but i didn't realize they SUPER sparkly which isn't what i was looking for so i had to return. Zappos, as always, EXCELLENT with swift and easy returns/refunds.

This is it! Finally, I've found the most flattering cut for my body. Even though I'm usually not a fan of high-waisted jeans, these are comfy as hell and mould my legs all the way down to the ankle. Amazing cut! I hope they make this model in a few more washes.

These jeans are bomb. Feel great, fit great, no tailoring needed for me. It's the 18% modal that really makes the difference. Worth every penny! My bootie looks amazing

Overall they fit me well. I prefer a little distressing to the wash generally and these have close to none but they look and feel good on, so i kept them

The Charlie is the absolutely perfect skinny Jean. The rise is just high enough without being too high. The stretch is perfect. They do not pull down when you sit and stand. I have them in black & blue.

I owned a pair of the Charlie Ankle Flawless Black already, which I had purchased a few years ago. I was very excited to see that it is still being made and sold, but sadly, this is not the same. The composition of the denimn has changed, which had in my opinion a negative affect of the feel of the pants (they felt a lot smoother in the past and attracted less fuss). They also changed stitching on it: in the past the waistband did not have any stitching along the top of the waistband, which a lovely design feature, and I think, it just made the wear much more comfortable. Having said all of this: while this may be a nice pair of pants, they are not the same as prior makes of the same model and shouldn't be sold under the same name. They feel very much like any other pair of black jeans now.

Excess fabric at the back thigh and knees. Unflattering and puckers everywhere. Would not recommend. Doesnt hug your legs like in the photo. The waist is true to size except for everything else.

I have The Charlie in black and am happy (enough) with it so I ordered these. The fit is the same and the dark wash is great, but I am having difficulty with wearing skinny ankle jeans with boots - they just don't hit right given the style of boot I have to wear with skinny legs and narrow feet - so I am returning them. I think I'm going to have to transition to boot cut and Joe's finally is offering a high rise boot cut. Goodbye skinnys - it's been grand!
