Wow, I don't believe these could have been a Narrow shoe! They were really wide and I usually take an 8-1/2 Narrow or 9 Slim. The length seemed ok but it was hard to tell due to the width. The Burgundy color was true to it's name and very pleasing. I liked the look and weight of the shoe but I had to return as they would fall off my feet. I've had other Softwalk shoes that fit ok, but I don't know what happened with the sizing of these. Please do better next time Softwalk.

Nice quality, but these are NOT narrow shoes. Can't begin to keep them on my feet.

Too big, a diappointment and poor quality for the price.

If you see this as slippers - they aren't too bad. I would not wear them outside. My usual 9 was about a size too small. The auburn looks moire brown then auburn. However, as I stand here in them writing this review, I am realizing there is really no arch support, and that is why I buy softwalk, for their excellent support. So I will be returning them

The lesson here is to trust reviews. The name "softWalk" implies comfort and support. These have neither. The shoes are nice enough looking, and beautifully packaged.

It fit perfect except the heel doesn't feel like a narrow. I walk right out of the shoe. I love your shoes and so happy to find sizes in Narrow. I will keep looking.

Even the Narrow was too sloppy on my narrow feet. But I like the look of the shoes and wish they had fit.

This can be fantastic if you can figure out the width. I ordered wide, but they felt double wide. I love the fact that you can remove the insoles and insert your orthotics, and because of the lip in the back, they won't be visible. I will try them in smaller widths; they felt true to size in terms of length.

These shoes will not stand up to much walking, I think they may be a bit wide as they slip.

Loved the style but there is little to no support. Glad they are inexpensive. Good enough for an evening out.

Very cute style but limited arch support and almost none in the insole in general. I will not return them because they will be good for an evening out - not more than a couple of hours.

Fit and Size OK. very little arch support. Problem was very uncomfortable foot pad at heel.

I liked the look of these slides but the instep is very hard and rigid and was really uncomfortable for me. Unfortunately have to return them.

Disappointed. Not narrow. Bought 8 N as I have in their boots. Felt like a regular width so walking out of them. Thought I could wear them this summer but will have to try thick socks and insoles to see if I can wear them at all.

My normal size is an 8M but these shoes run slightly wide and although they are leather they have no support. I’ll use them as slippers since they would not be good to walk around in.

I could not keep them on my feet, very loose.

for a size 5, they were huge. way too wide.

They run extremely small. I usually wear a 10.5. The 11 were still way too small for me

Love the look just too wide

It is becoming very difficult to find narrow width shoes, so when they are marked narrow and fit like medium, it is very disappointing. I will not order this brand again.
