The heel cup is too wide for a B width, I think, and tend to slip a bit -- they're otherwise a comfortable soft leather with a true-to-size length. They look nice with slacks and skirts and I've already received compliments.

I am a reliable 8w in all of my shoes, across brands. I had to go to a 7w to keep these on my feet.

The shoe looks and feels great, the W width is perfect for my bunions but the shoe runs long. My heel was slipping even just walking in my apartment. I suggest ordering a half size smaller than normal. The shoe looks great, sleek and modern.

shoe was too long and wide. I need a 1/2 size smaller in this brand. Most shoes these days seem to be smaller so I ordered too large. My Bad !!

Toe box was tight, otherwise they were perfect.

Nice looking shoe but even though I ordered a narrow, it slipped up and down on the heel. So I returned them.

Nice comfy flat that can be dressy or casual. Fit was good and can be worn with or without socks.

Beautiful shoe! It has soft buttery leather. It was wide enough for my wide feet but the heel kept slipping. I'm disappointed. I was hoping this was the one.

They were a little longer than expected. Will be reordering 1/2 size smaller.

I wear a size 8.5 so that is the size I ordered of these, and these were very snug and narrow. I don't know if sizing up would help.

Too wide but nice leather and style

I really wanted these to work because I like the square toe and V vamp, and figured they should be good quality leather. I normally wear an 8W or 7.5WW. but I ordered 4 pairs because of some reviews saying they ran wide. I ordered 7.5M, 7.5W, 8M and 8W thinking one of those sizes should work for me, and I would return the rest. However the 8's are too long, and all are WAY too narrow. If it were available, I think the right size for me would be 7.5WWW. I might try an 8WW, but it will be longer than I usually like.

I like the shoe and color, but unfortunately the design hits at my bunions.

Not as much arch support as my other PERFECT pair of SoftWalk shoes, but still pretty good.

I generally wear a 7 in a closed flat. These shoes are lovely but the 7 is too long and the M width is too narrow. I will reorder in a 6-1/2 W when they are back in stock.

I'm so disappointed these didn't fit me! I ordered an 11W, which typically is a snug fit on me. These shoes felt like they were a size 12. They flopped off my feet when I put them on and walked a few steps. I am returning them and not getting another pair because I'm not sure what size to get. The shoes looked nice, the material was soft and the color was gorgeous (brown). They felt comfortable when I put them and felt like they would be comfortable for walking in. Love the non-skid soles. I'm so sad they were way too big. :(

This shoe is comfortable and attractive. So sorry they did not have it in a 1/2 size smaller.

Love this shoe. I had to go down half a size. I have a narrow foot and the heel kept slipping despite ordering a narrow width. I was so sad to send back.

The shoe is true to width (I ordered a wide) for my bunions, but the size 10 is too long and doesn't stay on the heel. I plan to see if there's a 9.5 instead.

7.5 was too big, 7 was too small. Anyway the shoe is stiff. Had to return. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy.

Beautiful shoes, well made, right length. But, although these were 8W, the shoes felt narrow across my bunions, and too roomy in the heel--I walked out of them. Sending them back. Inadequate arch support for my foot issues, unclear if there would be room to add an insert. If these shoes fit your foot, you will find the leather quite comfortable.
