I am 5’9” and wear an 11-11.5 w usually. I ordered these a half size up to wear to work and I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and flattering these flats are. There is a very slight heel and a v-shape vamp. Those two things combined make for a more flattering look for wider-ankled folks like me. Versatile - wear with pants or skirts and nice leather

The shoes were exactly what I wanted but they were too big. I have another pair by SoftWalk in a different style and the leather is glove soft, molding itself to my foot. The leather on this shoe is not as soft but still a good quality, and the cut of this shoe covers the enlarged knuckle of my big toe, which is a constant problem with everything I try on. Fingers crossed, I'm reordering this shoe a half size smaller, hoping heel pads will keep the shoe on my smaller foot. I really like the rubber sole.

Beautiful shoes and a perfect fit. My foot is a bit wide so I was concerned they might need some break in time but they did not. The leather is glove soft and the color is awesomely rich.

other flats by Softwalk ie Sonoma fit fine... these felt to roomy.

Runs large. I have a pair of SoftWalk Sonomas and they were almost too small at a 7.5 while the Vellores of the same size/width slip off my heel when I walk. I’m hoping that as the leather softens, they will bend with the foot more and stay on. Other than that, they are comfortable and cute.

Looking to streamline my shoes and these are the perfect neutral flat to go with everything and let me purge multiple pairs of "meh" flats or the ones that aren't really comfortable. I have very wide feet so ordered 8 1/2 WW and an 8 WW -- depending on the width I go up or down a half size. The 8 WW arrived first and slopped off my foot when I walked, so knew the 8 1/2 WW wouldn't work. Ordered the 8 W and it fits great, except for the right heel is still just a touch wide (and I don't think I've ever had an issue with my heel -- or any other part of my foot -- being too narrow for a shoe). The leather is soft and supple, the nude is exactly what I was looking for, and the slight V at the toe makes them flattering. These are a keeper.

Perfect color for fall but very stiff leather. Not comfortable at all.

I really like these shoes. The right one feels a bit tight, but I'm sure it will stretch out. Love the color. Could use a little more arch support.

Softwalk is one of my new favorite brands!. Tried both the soft walk Vianna and the Vellore, and decided on the Vellore, because the elastic on the Vianna did not lay flat on my foot, (which surprised me!). Both had comfortable foot beds, and are true narrows. They are not the most attractive of shoes, a but a good basic COMFORTABLE black flat which is really all I was looking for.

I love the style of these shoes but, unfortunately, they are tight in the toe box in my regular size 8M. I also ordered the 8W but I walked right out of the back of the shoe. Women need a wider toe box and a narrower heel instead of a totally wide shoe. Very disappointed because this is a different looking shoe that looks great on my feet. Obviously, I had to return both pair.

Good service from Zappos, and a good shoe. Real leather uppers are a priority for me. Looking forward to ordering a brown pair when my size is back in stock.

Toe area was too tight

first time I wore them (to a wedding) they felt like a pair of old favorites so comfortable

This shoe is sooo comfortable and fits perfectly my size 8 1/2. I will probably order in another color ! I can always count on Soft Walk.

I wear a narrow shoe and these fit perfectly. They have a padded insole and truly are comfortable.

This shoes has a rubbery no-slip sole, which most flats do not have. The shoe is well-made. This is my second time ordering this because the first pair was too big. When I tried this on, I walked right out of the shoe. So I'll try a half size smaller.

They look good. I think a half size smaller will fit. If that size is available, I will purchase it.

These are wonderful flat. Supportive, and a stylish cut to the to box. I have them in two colors.

Very comfortable!

I usually go with medium shoes because sometimes they lose their look when they go to wide. The show is gorgeous. It's a little snug because I have 71 year old bad feet with osteoarthritis, old broken bones, etc. The shoes are everything they say they are. The "pearl" is a kind of soft suede, a better look in these flats than the option of leather. I'll wear them!

The shoes are beautiful. They fit snugly in medium width which is likely a personal condition. I almost ordered wide but was afraid the look would change. I'm 71 and have extra osteoarthritis bone, so I really should have gotten wide. I hope I don't distort them too much. The length is perfect.

This shoe is very attractive but a bit more narrow than other Softwalk models. Will need a 1/3 size larger to fit width. But returning shoe because it was scuffed on toe, heel and sides as if worn. And one of the shoe’s toe area was creased as if worn.

Not a true navy. If you want navy, I do not recommend. Returning.
